Method 1:
Decryption of a file:
- Right click on the file you want to decrypt, and then click Properties.
- Click Advanced.
- Click to uncheck the checkbox encrypt content to secure data to decrypt the data.
- Click OK to close the Advanced attributes dialog.
- Click OK to close the Properties dialog box.
- If the folder contains files that it contains, the confirm attribute changes dialog box appears. You can choose to decrypt only the folder. But it will decrypt all the files currently contained in the file.
If you want to decrypt the contents of this folder, click apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files, and click OK , then check the issue.
If you are still having the same problem, follow the next method.
Method 2:
I suggest to start your computer in safe mode with network and run Microsoft Safety Scanner because it might be an unwanted virus.

I contacted technical support of Torchlight, sent files Dxdiag and msinfo, after reviewing, the suggested running in safe mode, but, after having tried 2 times, each time, got a dialog box stating "" torchlight exe has stopped working '. " When I send a tech, their eval was as follows:
Looks like it's a question of system rather than a question of the torchlight. I say this because, as the game has been started in SafeMode only the windows system files are loaded into memory. So, when Torchlight.exe attempts to access these files with torches can not due to a problem with your file system. At this point, the only options are the following:
(1) create a new user profile and attempt to play the torches of this new profile.
(2) depending on how long it's been since your last windows installation costs, you can try to repair windows to resolve any system problems of files or reformat your PC

Adobe Flash Player and the Player r0 16.0 constantly stops working
Since a few days now, firefox and adobe flash r0 16.0 Reader/Player does not correctly at all. If I find myself on a site like youtube or other sites with similar functions, I get bombarded several times with this message and can not do something. No matter which option I click to exit this box, either the "X", "check online for a solution and close the program" or "Close program" the same message appears just right back. ". Again and again and again until finally I'm pretty quick to close my front tabs the following comes. I have attempted to remedy this by disabling hardware acceleration, but I can't have real access the control panel to turn it off without this Player work. I don't know what caused it, or how to remedy this, I would really appreciate the help.

Oh I should mention. The "never enable" setting neither caused nor fixed crash / "stopped working" problem. It was a temporary cure to limit the frequency of the messages "Adobe Flash Player 16.0 r0 has stopped working" who came. I had 17 activated Version, but when it's a virtually identical message to appear constantly, I did the same, change the setting "enable ever '.
It was the disabling protected mode which has solved the problem and helped the flash player to work again without stop or raise this message at all.
The problem that took place afterwards where websites could not see that flash is installed on my computer was solved by changing the "never enable' to 'ask to activate '. I just wanted to clarify so everyone needs to use this thread.

Keyboard and HP Split 2 x touch screen stop working

My touch screen worked fine a second, stop working the next day. Just the keyboard worked, so I rebooted and updated and when we turn back, the touchscreen still does not work. I understand that the touch screen and the keyboard of your x 2 Split have stopped working.
Without any type of input devices, it would be impossible beyond troubleshoot a hard reset. To do this, remove the shelf and hold the power button to 8 + seconds force a stop down.

It is always interesting to try a Hard Reset as follows.
Shut down the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and then remove the battery. Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds. Reinsert the battery, connect the power adapter and start Notepad.

Thanks for those tips, I've considered that everything that had happened in the last weeks and remembered that my mouse was the first to show signs of problems when the red light on the bottom went dark and brilliant then a few times.
I swapped the front mouse with a type Wireless and it seems not however solve the problem since replacing it with a different mouse to lead the problem disappeared. In my view, that the old mouse has a hardware problem that shorted supplies USB causing both mouse and keyboard stop working.
allowed for a few days, so I guess that was the problem.

Hi, this is due to the pad (which is buggy), just kill the process by using CTRL + SHIFT + ESC AND THE TAB more DOWN to navigate through the process target. I do it every start.

I read this from an old thread in this forum.
Here is the suggested solution...
Disable the webcam.
Start button > Control Panel > Classic view > Folder Options > view > first entry,check "always show icons never thumbnails" > OK.Open your Webcam again. The message is passed now?
If so, turn off the webcam.
Back to Folder Options > uncheck the first entry "always show icons never thumbnails".Open the webcam again. The message comes back?
