    Original title: Windows 7 drivers

Hi, I recently built a computer with a motherboard Asus H81M-E. I installed Windows 7 pro 64-bit. When I try to connect to the internet it tells me I need network drivers. Where can I find the drivers? There are all the other drivers that I need to install for the computer to function properly? Thank you for reading, I hope you can help.

I don't know a lot about the generation of computers, but I don't know that you need a network adapter to connect to the internet, which would be listed in the Device Manager.  You really need to go to the asus help and support.  But to give you an idea of what adapter need use Google to search for: asus h81m-e network driver

  • WIFI problem, Toshiba Satellite A665 internet connection. Lately when I try to connect to the internet, for the first minute or so it says "no internet connection".

    Hi all

I had problems with my Toshiba Satellite A665 to internet connection. Lately when I try to connect to the internet, for the first minute or so it says 'No internet connection' (or something similar). Basically, he has the yellow warning triangle. Sometimes I can open the browser and search normally, but other times - and this happens more often it won't let me use my browser. When I have not fix the problem, he said that the DNS server is not responding. The problem is this same error happens all. unique. time. and the other computers in the House connect to the internet just fine. I called TWC and what I get on their part, it is "there no reported outages in your area. Useful, right? Tends to be gnawed by the use of Netflix and Hulu Plus, but this has never kept internet bandwidth to work in the past. What is going on? I'm so tired of having to go all the way down the stairs to reset the router every hour (on a good day) to get the computer to connect to the internet.
I contacted Toshiba and they say that all the drivers on your computer are up to date and nothing is broken. I have also not downloaded or installed anything on my computer.

If the reset of the router fixes the problem you should probably watch that as the culprit. Check the software/firmware for the router and see if you can borrow to someone router to test.

    I hope this helps.

You can get in trouble with your device drivers, firmware and/or software.  Go to the Device Manager by going to start / find and type Device Manager and enter and then double-click on the program icon that appears.  Check each device to a red x, yellow! or white?  These identify devices with problems probably (drivers, but also of conflict or something else).  Click on each for more details and troubleshooting tips.  If you need to get the drivers (and you shouldat least make the modem and everything you have time to do - they can help way beyond simply solve this problem), let the computer dealer or the manufacturer of the device (NOT of Microsoft Updates).  In fact, you must disable automatic updates in Windows Update driver as follows: http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/how-to-disable-automatic-driver-installation-in-windows-vista/. Follow these steps to get the drivers: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/driverssupport/ht/driverdlmfgr.htm.  Once you have the drivers, you can install them via the Manager device as follows:http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/193584-device-manager-install-driver.html.

Try to uninstall and then reinstall the modem again.  Remove the modem through Control Panel > phones and Modems, then uninstall the modem in Device Manager. Once the reboot is complete and it is reinstalled it should work (as long as you use the update of the above paragraph).  Make sure that you uninstall in this order.

Are you sure that the modem is compatible with Vista and the rest of your system?  What is the manufacturer, brand and model?  You can find here:http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-vista/.

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

  • "Error 638: the remote server is unresponsive in a timely way", when I try to connect to the Internet.

Title: "error 638: the remote server is unresponsive in a timely way." What in the world is that supposed to mean?

I have known the above error (for 2 weeks now) whenever I try to connect to the internet via modem huawei e160. I have not installed any programs recently. I physically contacted my ISP and according to them, the modem works properly and that the problem is with my computer. A professional COMPUTER friend told me that he once experienced a similar problem and the solution in the end was re - install the operating system. I did as much with PC to get back that far. Someone please help coz it is a nightmare.

I had the same problem. And just uncheck the 'Operator operator-assisted' Option on the "Advanced" tab in the window 'Manage settings of the map' did the job. Try it. You will surely succeed.

I can't access any web page either and I am connected but cannot access web... troubleshooting report indicates that the dns server is not responding.

    Hi sandyrb,

    1. What is the error message when you try to access the internet?
    2. You use Internet explorer to access the internet?
    3. Did you the latest changes on the computer?
    4. What is the type of internet connection you use?
    5. You have security software installed on the computer?
    6. How do you know that the computer is connected to the internet?

    Method 1

Check if the problem persists in mode safe mode with network mode and post back with the result.

A description of the options to start in Windows XP Mode

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/315222

    Method 2

If the problem does not persist in the safe mode with network, then it is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

I suggest that you configure the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

See section to learn more about how to clean boot.

How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

    (a) click Start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

    (b) If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

    (c) under the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

    (d) when you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

    Method 3

If the previous step fails, then reset TCP/IP on the computer and check if that helps.

  • error message when I try to connect to the internet wireless

When I try to use the Internet, I get a message saying 'the settings saved on this computer for the network do not match the requirements of the network. I don't know how to change the settings so that it works.

    Hello

Your router could be suspicious here, you have successfully updated its firmware as a possible solution? And I would like to
Update your WiFi drivers on computers. How you are positioned in the router? Are there
obstacles in the path? Good luck that the router settings have changed, or maybe it was
reset - do you have other computers that connect to this router? You system connects to other
WiFi as a library, Starbucks or other sites?

Actually try updating your driver and disabling the network logon.

Control Panel - network - write down of the brand and the model of the Wifi - double click top - tab of the driver - write
version - click the driver update (cannot do something that MS is far behind the pilots of certification). Then
Right click on the Wifi device and UNINSTALL - Reboot - it will refresh the driver stack.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

How to install a device driver in Vista Device Manager
    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/193584-Device-Manager-install-driver.html

Download - SAVE - go where you put it - right click – RUN AS ADMIN.

You can download several at once however restart after the installation of each of them.

After watching the system manufacturer, you can check the manufacturer of the device an even newer version. (The
manufacturer of system become your backup policies).

Repeat for network (NIC) card and is a good time to get the other updated drivers as Vista like
    updated drivers.

I would also turn off auto update for the drivers. If the updates Windows suggests a just HIDE as they
are almost always old, and you can search drivers manually as needed.

  • Implementation error "the application BTTray.exe does not able to initialize properly" soon after connecting to Vista Premium 32 bit. Same error when you try to connect to Citrix, "the wfcrun32.exe application could not initialize correctly.

On my laptop Dell Studio 1555 with 32-bit Windows Vista Premium (with SP2), as soon as I connect, I get an error "the application BTTray.exe does not able to initialize correctly. Click OK to terminate the application". Then another pop-up window appears the error information. After awhile, it prompts you to close the program. This happened since I updated the Bluetooth Widcom software from the DELL Web site. I tried to uninstall the software and put it back in place for the DVD that comes with the laptop. But that did not help.
Yesterday, when I tried to connect to the remote Citrix server, so I was able to work remotely, I got the same error for the software Citrix, "the application failed to initialize properly wfcrun32.exe. Click OK to complete the program." Then another pop-up window appears the error information. After awhile, it prompts you to close the program.
My colleague, who also has a laptop with Vista home is able to connect to Citrix without any error. He said he did a lot of configuration changes in the security features in vista.
