When I try to launch Creative cloud of installation, browser window just continues to blink.
I am trying to download Photoshop for the first time on Windows using Chrome 9. CreativeCloudSetup download fine but when I try and run it, it only flashes.
I agree button to have 'Run', but still nothing more than a browser flashing for 15 seconds and then nothing.
Any ideas?
Make sure that you are logged on the Adobe site, having cookies enabled, clearing your cookie cache. If he continues to not try to use a different browser.

Whenever I try to update the creative cloud application, it sticks to 71% and it shows an error reading "Installer could not access a critical file. Please try to reinstall. (Error code: 43). "I tried several times and even after a system restart and a permissions repair, I get the same error. Any suggestions?
I went through the towers with chat support on this issue. I'll list the steps and also the chat session, we had here:
Steps to follow:
- Open the activity monitor and close Adobe all related applications
- Navigate to: / Library/Application support/Adobe
- In this directory, you will see a folder named OOBE - rename this folder in OOBEold
- Navigate to: MAC HD/Applications/Utilities directory
- There, you will see a folder named "Adobe Application Manager" - remove

For some reason any creative cloud uninstalled in a way because it's not on my apps and when I try to download CC I get code error 87. He said that another installer was running and I don't suppose it was adblock that I disabled it for the site.
