When I try to run a form I get a message of Jinitiator too low version

I ran my first form of Oracle Forms on google chrome but I get the following message is displayed:
'FRM-92095; Oracle Jinitiator Version too low. "Please install the 1.1.8.2 version or higher.
I don't understand.
From the Windows XP Control Panel, I see 'Jinitiator 1.3.1.22.
I use to Oracle Forms 10.1.2. 10gXE
Thanks in advance!

Looks like you are trying to use JRE 7 with 10 forms that is not supported. Uninstall JRE 7. Manually install JRE 6 and repeat the test. Be aware that you should have forms 10.1.2.3 order to use any newer than 1.5 JRE
