  When you see the files available for download, you will not see the file extension (.exe, .dll, etc.), but when download you them they will have the right extension.

  You have to put the downloaded files in the correct folders on your system.

  That may not solve all your problems, but at least you will be spending this part and we can then fix the rest.

  Open Power Options - you can do it from the control panel by typing Power Options in the start menu, or by right click on the battery icon in your system tray (right end of the taskbar.)
  Click on "change plan settings" for your current power management.  On the next page, click "Change advanced power settings".  On the box that opens, expand 'Power buttons and lid', then 'action close cover.'  Change the selection to "on battery" to the 'status quo', and then click OK.  Close the power Plan window.

  You do not connect you. You don't sign in then why would disconnect you? You press the red x in the corner and close the program.

  To actually answer the question on where is the Reload button.

  Look at the right end of the address bar (address) and it should be a combined Stop/Reload button.

  Right click on a toolbar and select Customize and you can drag the reload and stop on somewhere else if you want. If you want to keep them separate and place something between the two as a flexible space or place them as stop then reload.

  You have flashed the bios incorrectly.

  Where did you got the update to the bios?

  Pull out the memory and the cmos battery. Then reinstall them.

  It is sometimes easier to just remove the cmos battery and it will reset everything. Just like the rider but easier.
