Problems with word and PDF after computer crash. Error "user has access privileges."
Problems with word and PDF after crash
My computer crashed and I had to run the recovery disk, the repair option, so he could run again. It does not format my computer but I had to re - install several programs. I reinstalled my copy of office for example. I have an external hard drive where I put most of my files but since installing the recovery disc, it does not open some Word documents and gives a message error "user has not access privilege." It's the same thing with some pdf files. What can I do? Please help because I can't open some of my documents from the University.
Hello world
I would like to just say thank you for your help and the problem is now solved. In the end I paid someone to sort it out. He explained that it was something like permissions for some of my files were owned by my old operating system and after that my computer crashed and I had to put through the recovery disc these permissions have been lost. He told me that he had a program that looked for the old existing and re-installed.

Cannot open backup files. Error "user has no access privilege.
I can't open the files I copied from my laptop on an external drive. My book, which is running XP, crashed and I had to do a complete reinstall. I had backup files copied to an external drive. I did not use any backup software, just the copy command. But now when I try to open the backup files, I get "the user has no access prvileges.
I tried ALL of the suggestions found here, unless I missed one, such as the safe boot mode and change the settings and owner privileges. I've logged as an administrator and even created administrator accounts but still no go. I changed the parameters of the owner of the entire disk in the hope of it cascading down to the files, but still no luck. I can get the files to show that the property has changed, but whenever I try to open them, the problem persists!
The backup drive that I used is now connected to my desktop computer running Windows Vista. Is there a program I can use to hack and open files or y at - it some part that I have not found another workaround solution?
How can I disable this mode and access the privilege entirely stuff in Vista?
Help, please.
After taking possession you must then give yourself permissions to
access the file.--

How can I select privilege on specific tables at the same time?
I want to create a new user and grants the right to select for tables, except a table (xxxx).
It will be possible without the keystone of the database?
One way, in several sql
coil doit.sql
Select ' grant select on ' | owner: '. ' || table_name |' to someuser. »
from dba_tables
where
spool off
Then sanity check "doit.sql" and execute it.

It is clear from the content of the xml file, you have given here. In this xml file, you have four type of complex. Two of them are employed and address. However the employee doesnot has nothing to do with the address that you have not added the relationship. That is why its failure. This isn't the fault of the ODI.
Also I suggest not to use self-generated by ODI dtd that you might face problem in the future. For example, the address of XML type has 8 attributes, and 4 of them are not mandatory. This means that each of your xml file may have attributes between 4 and 8. That's where ODI auto generated DTD fails.

Hello
I'm exploring cloudClient 3.4.1 but I'm trying to run a "vra catalog list" command or other similar commands I get the error "error: the user has sufficient privileges to perform this API call."
I don't know what are the permissions of system requirements before I can make the API call because the account which I use to make these calls already have privileges to Administrator local on box of IAAS & is admin Admin/tenant IAAS. In short, the user is a full administrator of the tool.
Please help me because I found there is a documentation for the usability of the cloudclient.
Thank you
MG
Is the account of your help to make the law of all items in the catalog API call? We have users from the normal group of activities that use the API does not have system or administrator access.

Really? Once again? "The user has sufficient privileges to install Adobe Flash Player"
My browser is firefox.
"The user has sufficient privileges to install Adobe Flash Player" is the incessant problem, I had several times the Flash update.
Come on guys, it's beyond ridiculous. Installation always stops in 55% exactly and is never completed, leaving me to give up Firefox for Chrome. I mucked on the last, half a dozen times this has happened during the update and just by pure chance she managed to install, but it has been 2 hours mucking similar and I'm now getting nowhere.
This has been a persistent problem and affected many users of firefox for years, as I saw it by my own experience and google search. Is there a way you all can provide a SIMPLIFIED solution to this question, in coordination with firefox or by providing a 'unique' Firefox Installer? Really it's too annoying.
In any case, before anyone asks, yes I am logged in as administrator, and Yes, I ran the Installer "as admin" by right-clicking. I also went ahead and completely uninstalled flash (and emptied such records as requested in other threads here) and reinstalled it, only to watch the progress bar to put an end to 55%, as usual and let me by clicking on this icon of Chrome stupid to have a programme of work for flash.
Honestly people, why, after years, it continue to be a persistent problem? Fix it for the love of God! Are you a lot guys make the ObamaCare website or what? Firefox people are loyal to our browser, and the installation of new versions of flash on this browser is a bloody useless pain in the you know what.
Sorry for the frustration visible, but if someone could please provide a solution, I wouldn't need to be to complain here universal work and moaning.
Try a new installation as described in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/928315
Regarding the installation programs use these installers in offline mode:
Flash Player ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
Flash Player plug-in (all other browsers)
If you still experience problems during installation, please send the contents of the FlashInstall.log file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash and
C:\Windows\syswow64\Macromed\Flash

Check the package/procedure for a user level privileges
Hi gurus,
How to check the package/procedure for a user-level privileges? as dba_tab_privs for the tables.
for example: grant execute on User1 dbms_scheduler.
now I must verify that user1 has run on dbms_scheduler privilege or not.
What is the advice for this?
Thanks in advance,
CharlesSQL> select privilege, count(*) from dba_tab_privs group by privilege order by 1; PRIVILEGE COUNT(*) ---------------------------------------- ---------- ALTER 19 DEBUG 256 DELETE 131 DEQUEUE 3 EXECUTE 19315 FLASHBACK 52 INDEX 14 INSERT 137 MERGE VIEW 36 ON COMMIT REFRESH 52 QUERY REWRITE 52 PRIVILEGE COUNT(*) ---------------------------------------- ---------- READ 7 REFERENCES 54 SELECT 3752 UNDER 3 UPDATE 111 WRITE 5 17 rows selected.
DBA_TAB_PRIVS is more than simple tables.

Who has privileges to tool to eliminate files duplicate on my computer?
Who has privileges to tool to remove files duplicate on my computer and how do I get the ride of these duplicate files?
Hello
1. what operating system is installed on your computer?
2 did you change on your computer?
3. What is the exact error message that you receive?
4. are you admin user? If yes administrator login and remove the son of duplicates?
Method 1:
If you are using windows 7, I suggest you to see link and check.
Find a file or folder
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/find-a-file-or-folder
I also suggest you to refer the link which applies also for windows 7
Eliminate duplicate files
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/eliminate-duplicate-files
Method 2:
If this is not the case, use your favorite search engine to get 3rd party software that will help you to find duplicate files.
Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.
Method 3:
Delete files using disk cleanup

The user's privileges are not be correct.
Probably about six or seven months ago a few changes have taken place in my system that causes the user's privileges in newly created records files to create one or the other a very low (or nonexistent) level.
My system has two user established ID: default Administrator (1) which has been renamed "bossman") and 2) Gary (determined at the time of installing OS). Two of these user accounts have (at least they seem to have) full control system privileges. It seems that all the folder/file access privileges CAN be established by one of these users ID; but the installation program and the simple creation of file/folder inside the ID does not automatically establish these new files/folders with full privilege rights that I expect. This means that these newly created folders/files should be reviewed on an individual basis to establish all the privileges either of these administrator level users.
I want to take place when a new folder/file is created or a program installed, is that the full control privileges for these two users (at least the user who creates the folder/file or install the program) are assigned privileges of full control to the folder / file (s).
Suggestions on how to fix this annoying privilege setting ommisson would be really appreciated.
I don't really know where to start looking for the solution to this problem.
After re-reading your problem and do a little research and a few tests, I think you have a problem of "legacy". Normally, creating a new file or folder within a different folder will inherit what appeared folder had permissions. However, there is a way to disable this legacy. When inheritance is disabled, then a new file or folder created inside a parent folder will be an amount stripped of access. This is specified by the parameter "applies to...» "in the ACL Editor. So all you probably need to do is go to the folder top-level parent and specify that its legacy features apply to the "This folder, subfolders and files" and check the box to "replace all permissions of child object with permissions inheritable of this object. Change the field "applies to the" to "This folder, subfolders and files" provides future objects will inherit as well. For a visual look at Figure 10.23 and table 10.18 on pages 634-635 at the following link. The text also describes the legacy.
I don't have a handy WinXP machine, but it should be substantially the same as on my machine Windows7 tends in that direction:
Right click folder-> properties-> Security-> Advanced (tab)-> change permissions-> Edit and you should see a ' applies to: "box under the name.This setting is quite hard to find and I congratulate you, at the same time, to find this setting...

Control Panel - you cannot change user access privileges
Today visited a customer who was a profile error at startup of Windows 7 (Home Premium).
After a lot of unexpected problems, I found that the built-in Administrator account seemed to be missing (!) but I was able to create a user base at the command prompt, by using "net use XXX / add". Tried to add this user to the Administrators group, but it does not (unfortunately, with no error message).
When I started, I could open the Control Panel, but when I tried to change the new user (for an admin), I was invited for an admin password, but the following option to change the user's privileges did NOT appear. Using the basic account for access to the regedit failed (as you know), but he confirmed that there are a couple of profiles on the machine, which has fewer values than the other.
The cat of the user, it turns out that the PC was a buying opportunity, and he had also been in the hands of another, who had attempted a repair (after a failed upgrade). The user doesn't have to believe that the PC had been through Windows updates in the recent past.
Thus, the result is that there are now 2 user ID Windows on the PC, a (Administrator) who gets an error in profile and a second (standard user) that allows to perform basic operations.
I don't check the 'Guest' Windows built-in account, but I'm sure that (from what I've seen in a few hours) that someone in the past had just set a "standard" on the box and then eventually renamed account built-in "Administrator" as the user name.
I don't like leaving my clients with no answered questions weigh on their PC, but this one has me relatively perplexed.
My questions are:
-is it possible to rename (or otherwise damage) on behalf of the default Windows administrator?
-which might explain why the control panel will not allow you to change the type of the user?
-If the account are accessible on the PC with administrator privileges has become corrupt, is the only viable solution to proceed to re - install Windows?
Thanks in advance...!
-is it possible to rename (or otherwise damage) on behalf of the default Windows administrator?
-> Why would you damage the default admin account?
-> Rename an account is superficial. You give only the existing account, a nickname, but the name remains behind.
-which might explain why the control panel will not allow you to change the type of the user?
-> With the help of an ordinary user plans to promote some administrator-level accounts is against the principles of security. This would make the concept of "account administrator" without value. You need to be logged under an administrator account to perform administrative actions.
-If the account are accessible on the PC with administrator privileges has become corrupt, is the only viable solution to proceed to re - install Windows?
-> With a used PC, the only viable option is to perform a destructive factory restore to make the machine 'as new '. It would be dangerous to use the PC in its current state. There could be more that a dog has fleas or virus it could be hacked that will create an interesting situation when the user deals with sensitive information (Internet banking, personal correspondence).

Hi people
Version of the apex is 4.2
Oracle database: 11.2.0.2
I have created a simple form in a table on a table with the following structure
{code}
Name Null? Type
----------------------------------------------------- -------- --------------
TID NOT NULL NUMBER
TEAM_NAME VARCHAR2 (30)
EMP_NAME VARCHAR2 (30)
DATE OF REPORT_DATE
CATEGORY_NAME VARCHAR2 (30)
NUMBER OF CATEGORY_HR
CATEGORY_COMMENT VARCHAR2 (120)
CREATED_DT DATE
CREATED_BY VARCHAR2 (30)
STATUS VARCHAR2 (1)
{code}
In the form of default table is
{code}
Select
TID,
TID TID_DISPLAY,
TEAM_NAME,
EMP_NAME,
REPORT_DATE,
CATEGORY_NAME,
CATEGORY_HR,
CATEGORY_COMMENT,
CREATED_DT,
CREATED_BY
of ' #OWNER # '. " TIMESHEET.
{code}
I wanted to add an additional line inserted in the tabular presentation, that's why I included 'UNION ALL' in the query like this
{code}
Union of all the
Select
TID, null,
tid_display null,
team_name null,
emp_name null,
report_date null,
category_name null,
category_hr null,
category_comment null,
created_dt null,
created_by null
of the double
{code}
After having done that, I can see a blank line on the form of tables, but each time I fill data in the fields and press the "SUBMIT" button, I get the below error
Current version of the data in the database has changed since the user has launched the process of update
Thank you
Navneet
Why are you insert an extra line manually in tabular from? There is a feature to add a line.
If you want to insert a blank line when the page loads, then create dynamic action, this is a most appropriate feature.
If you manually insert an extra line so that you have to write the update for this procedure.
Leave.

validate if the user has entered at least one element of the page
The apex Version: Application Express 4.1.0.00.32
Web browser: Internet Explorer 8
Oracle DB: 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0
Is there a way to validate whether a user has entered at least one item on a form?
I have a function:
function hasPageValues return a Boolean value
is
Boolean v_item_found: = false;
Start
for rITM in
(select nom_element
of apex_application_page_items
where application_id = Apex_Application.g_flow_id
and page_id = Apex_Application.g_flow_step_id
)
loop
-the element's value
If v (rITM.item_name) is not null then
v_item_found: = true;
end if;
end loop;
Return v_item_found;
end hasPageValues;
I call this function returning a Boolean in my posting of the page. It doesn't seem to work. It always returns false. What am I missing and is there a better way to do this type of validation. Sorry I'm new to APEX. Thank you very much!SmV says:
Also, I added the part output in the above code and it still does not work. Always returns false.When you have a problem in the APEX you can use debug mode to trace what actually demand. It is advisable to include the code of instrumentation in your program units that will generate useful debugging information. To do this, use apex_debug_message API:
create or replace function hasPageValues ( p_app_id in pls_integer , p_page_id in pls_integer) return boolean is v_item_found boolean := false; begin for rITM in ( select item_name , display_as from apex_application_page_items where application_id = p_app_id and page_id = p_page_id) loop apex_debug_message.log_message(rITM.item_name || ' (' || rITM.display_as || '): ' || v(rITM.item_name)); -- does the item have a value if v(rITM.item_name) is not null then apex_debug_message.log_message(rITM.item_name || ' is not null: exit.'); v_item_found := true; exit; end if; end loop; apex_debug_message.log_message('hasPageValues = ' || case when v_item_found then 'TRUE' when not(v_item_found) then 'FALSE' else null end); return v_item_found; end hasPageValues;
Without data in the page, this gives the following debug trace:
... 0.19096 0.00084 Perform custom validations: 0.19180 0.00081 ...Validation "hasPageValues" - Type: FUNC_BODY_RETURNING_BOOLEAN 0.19261 0.09948 ...Execute Statement: declare function x return boolean is begin return hasPageValues(:app_id, :app_page_id); return null; end; begin wwv_flow.g_boolean := x; end; 0.29213 0.00144 P6_PRODUCT_IMAGE (File Browse...): 0.29352 0.00082 P6_IMAGE (Display Only): 0.29434 0.00075 P6_PRODUCT_ID (Hidden): 0.29509 0.00105 P6_PRODUCT_NAME (Text Field): 0.29614 0.00083 P6_PRODUCT_DESCRIPTION (Textarea): 0.29697 0.00104 P6_CATEGORY (Radio Group): 0.29801 0.00151 P6_PRODUCT_AVAIL (Radio Group): 0.29952 0.00079 P6_LIST_PRICE (Number Field): 0.30030 0.00071 hasPageValues = FALSE 0.30102 0.00066 ......Did NOT pass 0.30168 0.00080 Add error onto error stack 0.30249 0.00079 ...Error data: 0.30327 0.00299 ......message: Page has no values

The two that appear to be the expected behaviours. What happens when you do this?

Create the table and take the name of user who can read/write on this table
Dear gurus,
I need to add the following column in Oracle 11g DB AND also add the name of user who can read/write ONLY the following table, any table to access the same read?
I use to go to Oracle PL/SQL client.
My dbname is 'customerdb '.
TableName: "extractOrders."
+: example of the field data.
Column0 = logID: 1
Column1 = idNumber: 39D13613-F061-D38D-100A-16536409C6D8

Column3 = resultCode: 40509
Column4 = resultMessage: could not find the IDENTITY card

I use to go to Oracle PL/SQL client.
Let's say your table than extractorders is the schema of database clientsproperty.
As this pattern create a stored procedure that runs with the privileges of the customerschema. Having this procedure return a ref cursor For example
create or replace procedure ReadExtractOrders( c in out sys_refcursor ) authid definer is begin open c for select * from extractorders; end;
As this code executes with the privileges of the customer schema it can read the table belonged to this scheme.
Now give execute rights on this process for the Joe database schema - and this pattern can create a cursor on the table of ExtractOrders , without being able to access or use directly or refer to this table. Read access to this table is therefore protected by a reliable code belonged schema customers.
Learn about the AUTHID clause and how it can be used to differentiate the code approved and non-approved, which allows to PL/SQL code to run with different privileges than the demand for prescriptions.
