  I have a laptop Satellite M115 with 5122 Mb of RAM and 80 GB of HD. I bought it in October 2006.
  The screen started to go white with white horizontal lines at the start.

  When I start the laptop it seems to start, but the rest black screen (AC + Power lights up, but no disk HARD-light).
  I tried several times, even with ESC + on and F2 + now and 50 only once I could see the splash screen.

The blue screen refers to ati3d1ag.dll, which is the DirectX driver, I guess. Unfortunately, via the Toshiba site there is only one very old (2 years?) accessible video driver, is anyone of you know of any chance to update the video driver or any other solution?
