  According to this article from Microsoft , you will have to pay for an add-on in point 8.1 of Windows to see the TV files on your systems.

  If the video does not the restrictions of DRM (Digital Rights Management), so you can see just by changing the .mp4 extension allows it to be played in Windows Media Player, but if Apple added restrictions to the file DRM then you will be limited to such players as apple deems suitable to be used, probably iTunes or Quicktime.

  Everything I've read and everything what you wrote, I came to the conclusion that you have decided to get MotionJPEG.mov with your Panasonic DMC - ZS3. You are determined to stay with this shooting mode? If so, the first choice is to explore a "drivers and utilities" that is supposed to come with this camera.

  Best choice (for the quality and the best Premiere Elements handling) would be for you to shoot AVCHD Lite for your 1280 x 720 @ 30 progressive frames per second rather than MotionJPEG.mov. Your camera will appear to give you a choice in this regard.

  I don't know if the Morgan MotionJPEG codec would work under 64-bit Windows 8. I have not been there and done that. It works very well for Window 7 64-bit. We could talk about conversion, but, if it came to that, I'd rather see change you your MotionJPEG.mov to AVCHD Lite shooting mode (I'm not sure of the file for the AVCHD Lite extension. Do you know what it is or can you find?)

  Thank you for your message.  This problem is usually caused by 'streaming video', and can occur more or less frequently because of your bandwidth.  Make sure that is to play a video, you will need to look at the 'play' bottom line.  You should see the movement on this line during playback of your video, there should also be another line indicating how far along your computer streaming ability has gone.  If you watch the video as soon as it is streaming, you will experience a break until it catches up.

  I'm new to Pr and am currently testing it on the CS6 trial period.

  I already did a sequence where I loaded in 4 videos, then simply clicked on them in the workspace to move/resize in each corner of the screen. It's simple, like the moving/resizing of images in Word or PowerPoint.

  When double only the top clip by clicking on the Monitro program is affected.

  If you want to resize a clip that is the subject of another clip on a lower rail you first click the element in the timeline

  go for the effect options, and then click the transform icon or the word Motion.

  Now you can resize this clip.
