  None of the suggestions worked for me, but thanks to everyone for their efforts. I think I saw a suggestion of upgrading to Firefox 8 - I did and it solved the problem.

  Class is just generally refreshing speed of database in reference to how much you have on the card.  More you have more it will take to cool off.  I have as much as 10 movies on a single card and it takes about a minute to update the database and the movies play fine.  It is on a class 2 card, 8 GB.
