  Try if it works. It does for most people, but one of the posters said recently he did not for him or her.
  Start button > run > type /resetnavpane outlook.exe in the box > OK

  Note (space) between exe and / '.

  You have access to the email that you are unable to download attachments from Internet Explorer or via an e-mail client? If it is a mail client, please let us know what email client you use.

  Method 1: make sure that you do have the option not to save the pages encrypted on the disc is activated. You can enable/disable this option as follows:

  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click on Tools
  • Click on Internet Options
  • Click the Advanced tab
  • Enable or disable the option not to save the pages encrypted on the disc
  • Click OK
  • Close Internet Explorer
  • Open Internet Explorer

  I have the latest version and it organizes my incoming mail. I click on contact in my contacts list to edit, but nothing happens. Also, when adding a contact nothing entered until I leave the page. I am confused?

  I would like to refer this question to BT Yahoo, as it is their program that does not behave as you would expect.  It is certainly not a problem of Windows desktop.

• Why can't drag-and - drop video transitions.

  When I try to drag / drop any video transition, the circle with a line through it appears, showing that I can not do. Should be so simple, but it does not allow me to create transitions in my calendar.

  Also... you have dragged all the way to your timeline? This lined-out circle remains visible UNTIL you get to your timeline and near a place, it could be used... then goes.

  Your system does not meet the requirements for Acrobat Pro DC.  As you say, you have OS X 10.7, but Acrobat DC requires at least OS X 10.9.  I don't know if they still sell Acrobat Pro XI, but that's probably what you get.

• Why can't copy and paste text in DW CC 2014 certain programs?

  Since the update earlier this week from CC to CC 2014, I am unable to copy text from Notepad, NotePad ++ or Chrome (3 apps that I use a lot).  FireFox, Word Pad, and IE 11 work very well. I can copy and paste text from DW and DW to any porgram but not vice versa. If job code or mode Design seems not affect the result. Of course, my productivity dropped, please advise a solution or at least a workaround solution.

• Why can't drag and drop bookmarks?

  When I select the URL in the address bar and try to drag and drop it in a folder in the book mark bar or anywhere else all what happens is a circle with a slash through it. It is impossible to drag and drop a url to create a bookmark.

  It is set at 13 FF which should be released very soon. If this is the big drawback, you can download the beta now.
