Number of records in the destination table must be half of the number of records in the source. The reason is the source a named column (for example) c_type = 'Up' - a single line or 'Down' - in another line. What is reprsented in the destination as 1 rank since the number of columns is more. Example up_name, down_name, up_dep, down_dep.
