Why Exit Code: 7 & ERROR: DS003?

Hey guys,.

I have a problem with Lightroom CC 6 installation. Here is the error log. I am currently using OS X El Capitan 10.11 that I tried to re - download the dmg but still having the same problem.

It may be the problem with the Permission (read & write) on adobe files.

    You have installed all the other Adobe apps using the serial number?

    If you have not installed the other Adobe applications, you can try renaming under mentioned folder and then try to install.,.

    C: > Program (x 86) > common files > Adobe > plugs.

    Rename the folder of caps to old corks.

    Then try to install and check.

    I tried to add all permissions for these folders, restore Microsoft Visual C++, tried to start in safe mode, but then I can´t internet access, so I can´t install it anyway...

    2. 2- Uninstall Adobe AIR, then reinstall the AIR and the Adobe help
    3. 3- I tried to use the vacuum (running it as an administrator but but it does not open)

    What is my next move?

    Please perform following steps:

    • Navigate to/Library/ColorSync/Profiles/Profiles
    • Rename the folder "Profiles" to "Profiles_old".
    • Start the installation again

    I am so tired of this.  I think I have used muse, problem free, once in the last 2 weeks.  Here's the last problem after an attempt to reinstall in effoert to fix a problem as soon as possible.

    I click on install, it extracted the files, and then installs them but gets anywhere from 35 to 99%. Then I click on "details" and it opens the browser to display:

    I am a member of creative cloud and have had no problems with any other program that has meaning camparable. a few bugs here and there, but this product muse seems to have been a good idea, but a little cooked as far as my experience goes.

    Unacceptable for muse memebers be locked out programs they pay for, but much more importantly, depend on.  I was a member for 2 weeks and it was nothing else but to the headaches with muse.  Muse is the product that was sold to me by becoming a member, now it's the only thing that prevents me from publishing the work I've done on other programs.

    I apologize that you have encountered so many questions! You install through the Applicatoin Adobe Manager? If so, try to make sure that Muse is completely uninstalled, firstly - if you're on a Mac you can drag Muse in the trash and empty the trash, if you're running Windows there may be two entries for Muse under uninstall programs. You can search for "Muse" in the top right to filter. Make sure they are both uninstalled. You can then try again through the Adobe Application Manager.

    Did you remove the bits of the installation has failed before leaving? Try to create a new administrator account for installation. If this does not work, try to make a new download from the Adobe site. Even if you bought the boxed version, you can install the trial version and enter your serial number.

  • I am running windows 8.1 and I bought 13 elements PS on DVD but Icannot install the software, I get as much as 2% on installation and I get an Exit Code with ERROR 15; Support DB error: 6

    I also started my PC in safe mode with network enabled, such as recommended by adobe, but nothing helps! I just take the step of installation of 2% once again, with the same error.

    I checked all the system requirements, everything is OK. I'm not a geek, I just like the picture! But today it seems to me that Adobe as what makes the simple installation of a software impossible for normal computer users, can any body help or offer a simple solution! or do I have to return my software to the seller again!

    Exactly the error message as follows:

    There was a problem installing first Pro 2014...   Failed installation.   Setup has encountered an error.  Restart the system and try again (15) 15 0 1 fatal error exit code.  Error: media DB: 12

    I solved this by doing the following:

    > Install Adobe Creative Cloud

    > Delete the directory C:\Program Files (x 86) of \Common Files\Adobe\caps

    > Delete the directory C:\Program Files (x 86) of \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

    >R einstalling Adobe Application Manager.

    According to the newspapers, I had problems with the media_db.db file that is located in the directory of caps.  Removal that does not solve it however, so I tried to reinstall the AAM.  Who had problems replacing the OOBE directory, so I deleted that too.  Then the things installed smoothly.  None of this worked until I also have installed however CCA.

    I hope I saved someone a few hours!
