To refresh the page without querying the cache, the simplest method is to type ctrl and f5 instead of simply typing f5 or hit the button reload. The second would be to set up your development web server to transmit the "Cache-Control: non-cache ' directive cache so that any browser you test with, (as long as it is in accordance with w3c) does not cache the hosted Web pages.
