Why has my subscription creative cloud disappeared?
my plan of cloud creative photoshop/lightroom disappeared, I'm new in the trial version. I was charged a few days ago by adobe, I know that adobe is hungry for money, but it's too far! I'm paying for nothing now and can't contact adobe, can someone help me?

Are you sure you are using good Adobe ID to connect with creative cloud? Please visit https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html. Make sure you check the hosts file.

To respond to your request, if you cancel your paid subscription creative cloud you will always have access to the level of membership, which offers 2 GB of free storage. You will have a grace period of 90 days to upload your files to your local machine and remove the files online to get your cloud storage up to 2 GB (or for additional storage to purchase separately if you choose). If you leave more than 2 GB of files in your storage cloud for more than 90 days, you may lose access to part or all of your files. Please read the FAQ and it will answer most of your questions:

My subscription Creative Cloud amounts and the teacher would not be repeated even after update to payment information. I tried many times in the past two months, updating credit card information and I was never renewed. Subscription keeps saying expired beyond the 24 hour mark it says it will take. I have double and triple checked the information of credit card and have recorded several times. I also never get an e-mail confirmation or an e-mail saying that he had a problem. It is also very frustrating that it doesn't seem to be a customer service number to call especially for customers who have paid for the subscription of creative cloud. Help, please!

You can install Creative Cloud products on two machines using a single subscription.

However, you can disable the subscription on existing machine and reactivate the second machine to save once the installation instance.

Monthly subscription creative cloud has almost doubled without notice
I had a subscription to creative cloud since its introduction. Since November, the monthly payment has almost DOUBLED. Why is this, and why I was not warned before that happened? I don't use any software and does not justify an increase of nearly 100% payment for the service.
