Hello
There is no system64 in Windows.
The 64-bit version has all the specific files 64-bit stored in the System32 folder.
Specific to 32-bit files are stored in the SysWOW64 folder.

Peter-try completely remove Adobe Flash Player, and then reinstall. I did this on my machine and will need to see in the next few days if this has worked for me or not because I don't know how to manually recreate the guest. Best of luck and post back how it goes!

I am the administrator total privileage still i'm getting the following error...
MMC cannot open the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\compmgmt.msc
It is perhaps because the file does not exist, is not an MMC console, or was created by a later version of MMC. Perhaps it is also because you don't have sufficient access to the file.

my computer can't find the path for windows install what I do to get it back
whenever I restart my computer, a box appears saying: it can not find the path for windows install and the box comes back to how to fix this
Hi Billy,
Try a clean boot (Vista and W7) http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135. If the problem goes away then it's just a matter of tracking down the culprit at the origin of the problem. Follow the procedures described in the article. Once found, remove, delete, disable or uninstall. Once don't forget to reset your system back to the normal state, as described in the procedures. If the problem occurs in clean mode then just restore the system to normal and reboot - this solution will not work. If you are using XP, see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353 and http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316434.
I hope this helps.
Good luck!

There are video games that are compatible with windows 7 64 bit operating systems?
Hello Peter.
Yes almost all games in 10 years works perfectly on 64-bit Windows. What Call of Duty games are you having problems with? If the first two, you might have to enter the video drivers for your graphics card/computer manufacturer as the first two required OpenGL which is not included with the drivers that Windows uses by default (this has been the case since at least Windows XP).

Update Windows 7 starter edition to the 32-bit operating system to 64-bit?
Hello people of the Internet,.
I got a netbook for two years now and it came with Windows 7 starter.I like making videos in my spare time and require better editing in Windows Movie Maker software. However, obviously my operating system cannot manage a software proffesional like Premiere Pro or FinalCut etc so I tried to get a 64-bit operating system. Is this possible? I checked on my performance and Information Tools, and it said that my netbook is capable of a 64-bit operating system. Someone did he do and recommend? Or is it not plausible at all?All tips are welcome, I would rather you smart people tell me that it is rather than risk and regret. Thank you for your time.-EmiTo be honest, I wouldn't consider running under Windows 7 64-bit on a system originally shipped with Windows 7 Starter. A Netbook is just for the weak to run Adobe Premier. (By the way, Final Cut Pro doesn't work on Intel based Macintosh under OS X, it is not compatible with Windows).
You need a powerful computer or laptop desktop replacement.
Personally, I use Adobe Creative Suite 6 on HP's EliteBook with Ivy Bridge generation processor 3, NVidia Quadro 2 GB of vRAM, 8 GB of DDR3 RAM, USB 3.0 Super Speed and sometimes he struggles.
Now, imagine a Netbook designed for light web browsing, word processing and e-mail?
You will need to do a clean install, there is no place on the way to upgrade Windows 7 32 bit to 64 bit.
Using the disk of 64-bit Windows 7, install Windows 7 Windows Easy Transfer Utility from the DVD (to find it, simply navigate to x:\support\migwiz, "x:" is the name of your hard drive. (In this case, you will see a collection of files, the important"that you must search for and double-click is 'migsetup'.) run it and create a DAMP (Windows Easy Transfer file), if you have an external hard drive, you can access it later when you perform a clean install of Windows 7 64-bit disk so you can stored there.
Once you have done this, just do a clean install of Windows 7 64 bit disc. In Windows 7 64 bit disk, start Windows Easy Transfer, follow the wizard screen, tap on which is stored the WET file (external hard drive) and it will restore your personal files and settings. Reinstall the applications needed.
