  You should take a look at your startup programs and decide what is really necessary and what is nothing more than useless clutter.   Thank you, Patrick. I tried on another computer (Dell T5400) and everything worked as expected. I think that the problems I have experienced on the first computer were due to a conflict with a PXI driver for another card I have not installed during my tests (and which I did not know was PXI, but he appeared as a PXI device in M & A once I put it in it should have a kind of PCI - PXI bridge internal?).
