Why my Adobe encoder stopped working?

I've never had this problem before.  I was preparing a video to upload to YouTube, and when I exported the media as usual, the encoder opened as a blank page.  Also, before I exported that I saw a message that reads: 'Offline '.  I've never been before offline and don't even know how to do to work offline or even what it means, so I ignored it.

Also, I came across another message (I don't even know how) that said "Adobe Encoder not available."  How is that possible?  Why something that I never use all of a sudden would not not available?  I was up all night and I'm tired and disappointed, as my video should have been live on Youtube.

I've been up all night, if I forgot something important.  Initially, the encoder worked.  After about three hours, when it must have been finished, I checked on it and the encoder screen was red - always a bad sign something terrible has gone wrong, and he had.

I went for the first and noticed that two clips that had been made had the red bar on them and a red logo in a foreign language.

In any case, I was able to recover most of it by removing the clamps and make them, THEN when I exported the media once again, this is when the problem started and it don't work.

I'd appreciate any help I can get.  Thank you.

First of all, please report the exact version of Premiere Pro and SOUL - as shown in each box about the app, not just 'CC' or 'later'. In addition, please fill in the blanks normal on your computer (Mac/Win, OS version, etc.) and on the sequence & active in use, including when the clamps are stored (internal drive, external hard drive, network,...)

If you have not already restarted your computer to it, it's the first thing to do - in the case of one of the several processes involved got hung.

Other things to try:

  • under the general tab of the Preferences of SOUL dialog box, clear the option titled import sequences in native mode. Then export to first.
  • Encode "in-process" rather than using the SOUL. In the export settings dialog box, click export instead of the queue.
  • instead of export from the file > export > Media, drag the sequence from the project Panel to first in the queue of the TEA (or in a "Preset" in the built-in browser)
  • If the rendering engine (lower right corner of the queue of the AME) is set for GPU acceleration, upgrade the software only

If you can find your way to the "Adobe Encoder is not available" message, please take a screenshot and post it here. I'm not familiar with this message.

    Whenever I try to open a pdf file or drive on its own, I get the following message is displayed.
