  If the battery is dead, you must connect the device for at least 20 minutes before it will fit on. If it works, make sure that you leave fully charge. Once it's done to make sure that you do not charge the actual phone until the battery is completely drained. This would reset the battery cycles.

  Make sure that you do not leave the phone plugged into the wall outlet overnight, it can burn your battery.

  The HP 7 1800 comes with a charger that is rated to power 2, 000mA of electricity.  (2 Amps).

  If you replaced the original with Charger provides less, it may not be fully charge the device.

  Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

  • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
  • Press and hold the Home button
  • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

  Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

  If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

  As a final step, try recovery mode. Turn off your unit, then plug it to your computer with the hold home button. Hold down Home button until you see the logo of iTunes on the screen of your device.   More than the upgrade of the air seems to have issues, whether all connect at the same time or other problems. I had to plug my phone into the computer, update itunes to the latest, published today, then ios upgrade 10.0.1 and it is fine now. You could bring to the apple store and probably use their computers, just don't tell the computer to trust the phone.

  Have you ever tried the General troubleshooting steps?

  1 force restart the phone now sleep and home for 10 seconds, button until the Apple logo comes back again. You won't lose data.

  2. in case that does not work, set back to factory settings, without using the last backup. Test the phone. If it works, restore the backup.

  Your double post indicates that your iPhone is covered by the limited warranty of one year. No one here can tell you if your iPhone would be replaced under warranty (you don't talk to Apple here - it is a community based on the user).

  If your iPhone is eligible and requires a repair material, note that you need to pay for the cracked screen to be repaired by Apple - or possibly for out-of-warranty repairs, if the damage is more extensive.

  This actually solved for me after going to settings, General, reset, reset the location and privacy... and then plug in the unit and pressing the trust... hope that works for others.
