HP envy 5530 all-in-in-one: HP ENVY 5530 offline online?

My availability/status of the printer is showing offline. When I try to print from my laptop, I get the message "printer offline". I have internet I have my router connected to wireless broadband.  My printer is associated with the router as all my other articles (tablets, laptops, smartphones) If this information is still relevant.   I tried my hp scan doctor who tells me that there is no problem and it shows that my printer is online! I tried so many different 'solutions' and I have no idea what to do.  Please someone tell me how to change my printer from offline to online mode.

Please enter the printer's IP address in the browser (Internet Explorer / Chrome / Firefox).

If the info from the printer appears, the printer communicates with the computer.

I am incredibly frustrated with my officejet 4500 all-in-in-one wireless. my printer won't stay not 'online' and when I check my wireless network, the printer is listed as offline as well. When I try to print, I get the message "offline". I downloaded it on every possible driver update, scan and fix the hp program and even uninstalled and reinstalled this printer at least 8 times. I'm at my wit's end.

    I turned off the printer, and when it turns on, a document or two will show, then if I try to print something again immediately, I am again in offline mode.

    I also tried the 'hard reset' options I don't read here, but again, no luck. I changed both printer cartridges.

    I have coursed through the troubleshooter at least 8 times, and who never really helped. Cannot get a consistent performance. of course, at the time wherever I decided to ask for help, I'm out of warranty.

    Rather stupidly tried to update the BIOS on my pc after repeated failed installations of windows 10. It resulted in my powers pc and completely messy things now to the top but nothing else. I did this a while ago and have now replaced this pc with a similar model with windows installed 10. My request is that I would like to see if I can save all my files on the old pc by removing the HARD drive. I read that you can use enclosures of external drives, and with nothing to lose, I'd like to try but do not know what kind of thing do I need to buy. I don't want to spend a lot of money in case it is not good. As guessed you, I'm no computer expert but I would try this. All advice appreciated.

    I installed my OS from Mac to El Capitan (10.11.1).

    Have the HP Officejet Pro 6830 all-in-One. The printer driver will only up to Mountain Lion (10.6). What should I do for a driver?
