  Looks like you want to control the programs that run at startup, right? It is always a good thing to do. You can run MSCONFIG (type in the search window on the start menu).  See the "Startup" tab  So, you can use other applications to display the same information.   Your computer comes pre-installed with Windows 8. You can extract the product key on the basis of good records, but it will not help you add functionality to your edition of Windows. To add features (Windows 8 Pro Pack or Media Center Pack) to your existing windows, you must purchase a product key that is completely different from your product key of Windows 8.

  Have you started your subscription? If so, try cloud creative output and new in signature. Go to settings (speed) icon to disconnect. After you have signed in once again, expect apps to refresh. Let us know if that makes a difference.
