Win. Creation of DVD. The Video_ts files and bup files.
Make a movie on Windows DVD maker. But when I put the disc in my DVD/CD drive on comp. it does not show the name of the movie in my dvd drive E: it reads Video_TS.
Although I don't think I can change the name of THIS movie, is there a door way the title I want to show when it is inserted into my dvd player to my next film I do?
2nd, it backs up the files on this disc, are or is there other files, I should copy on my comp. and save in case I ever need to make another copy of this film. I saved the file (.msdvd), then I make another copy with exactly that. (I don't want a copy of the film saved on my computer. Too much space lost)

Win 7 by default, the white arrow and the "cursor corrupted files" pop-up windows.
Original title: Max the mouse
I had a little friendly MS mouse pointer / cursor schema greet me on the initialize upward from Win 98 to Win 2000 Milnm, finally to Win XP. It was simple, little grey mouse that has nibbled cheese if the program was busy. Since the abandonment of Win XP, I bought a Dell E6440 with Win 7 Pro installed. I used a USB transfer cable / program to migrate settings and files above. My favorite mouse pointer scheme is not. I tried to change my plan of cursor recorded, but Win 7 by default, the white arrow and the "cursor corrupted files" pop-up windows.
Someone at - he saw this original classic pointer / cursor for Win 7 64 bit?
Thank you, Mr. Singh. That did not help. But for the record, I finally found the correct cursor plan I was looking here: http://www.rw-designer.com/cursor-set/mouse download a .zip file that I had bad access to when you change the pointer of the mouse, but resolved by downloading each schema of cursor .ani and .cur individually on the site. I used this from Win 98 to Win XP.

When I try to play a CD or DVD, the door opens and I get a message "insert a support and try. But the anti-virus scan of the device and report No. ERROR. Only play is not possible
When I try to play a CD or DVD, the door opens and I get a message "the drive is empty. Insert media and try. " But many programs, such as antivirus programs analyzing the device and NO ERROR report. It is not possible to play alone. No player of media, including Windows Media Player 11 or Windows Explorer does not recognize the presence of the media. I tried with many CD and DVD that plays normally on other computers with similar OS and also on DVD players.
My computer has Windows Vista Home premium with Service Pack 2.
Thanks for your reply. It was very helpful / sorry your proposed solution has not solved my problem. Kind regards. -Rajaram77

Hello
Since last week, I've known several BSOD. Some have referred to a memory problem, but after you run a memory diagnostic seveal times, I still have to find the problem.
Since last week, here is the link to the minidump files.
https://onedrive.live.com/redir?RESID=2FA3EA1D7C87B0CD! 471 & authkey =! AA05X_X_DXaEOgc & ithint = % 2cdmp
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by a driver). Please run these tests to check your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.
If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.
Since then, it is more likely to be a pilot run everything first.1-Driver Verifier (for full instructions, see our wiki here)
If the auditor does not have the issue we move to it.2-Memtest. (You can learn more about running memtest here)
If you cannot start after you have enabled the auditor reboot in safe modeIn Vista & victory (F8)

AMD X 2 3800 + 2 GHz Dual-Core CPU
1 GB of DDR2 Ram (2 x 512)
HDD Sata 200 GB WD
After a clean, led installation to all updates MS blue screens started.
MemTest 86 +: pass
HARD drive test: pass
Last crash dump file is here:

As noted, this is a clean install, online only for MS. updates I tried to parse the file .dmp myself, but certainly need some help here.
Power supply tested ok without ceiling blown on the Council, the onboard video, the lan & sound. No cards installed.
Blue screen appears almost immediately once the initialization is complete.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Stop 0 x 124 is a hardware error
If you are overclocking try to reset your settings to standard processor and see if that helps.
If you keep getting the BSOD here are things more than you may want.
This is usually hardware related, defective heat, memory or processor even if it is "possible" he is associated (rare) driver.
Stop 0 x 124 - what it means and what to try
Synopsis:A "stop 0 x 124" is fundamentally different from many other types of bluescreens because it arises from a complaint of material.
Stop 0 x 124 minidumps contain very little concrete information, and it is therefore necessary to address the problem as a case of material in an unknown state of distress.Generic troubleshooting ' Stop 0 x 124 ":
1) to ensure that none of the hardware components are overclocked. Material which is pushed beyond its design specifications - by overclocking - may malfunction in unpredictable ways.
(2) ensure that the machine is sufficiently cooled.
If there is doubt, open the side of the case (be aware of all the relevant conditions guaranteed!) PC and direct an electric fan squarely to the motherboard. Who will rule on most cooling problems (lack of).3) update all drivers related to materials: video, sound, RAID (if applicable), NIC... anything that interacts with a piece of hardware.
It is best to run the latest drivers anyway.(4) update the BIOS of your motherboard according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Their website should provide detailed instructions on the brand and model-specific procedure.(5) rarely, bugs in the operating system may cause "false positives" 0 x 124 events where the hardware wasn't complaining, but Windows thought otherwise (because of the bug).
At the time of writing, Windows 7 does not have to suffer from a defect, but it is nevertheless important to keep Windows up-to-date.6) trying (stress) test these hardware components that can be put to the test artificially.
The most obvious examples are the RAM and HDD (s).
For the RAM, use diagnostics from built-in memory (run MDSCHED) or the utility memtest86 3rd - party to run plenty of evidence of hours of testing.
For hard drives, verify if CHKDSK /R finds any problems on (s), including "bad sectors".
Unreliable RAM, in particular, is mortal, as well as software, and anything other than a 100% clear memory test result is cause for concern. Unfortunately, even a 100% clear result the diagnostic utilities does not guarantee that the RAM is free of any defect - only that none have been encountered during the test passes.7) as the last of the non-invasive troubleshooting steps, perform a "Vanilla" Windows reinstallation: just the OS itself without additional applications, games, utilities, updates, new drivers - or ANYTHING that does not come from the Windows 7 disc.
Who stops working mitigate the problem of the 0 x 124, jump to the next step.
If you run the "Vanilla" installation long enough to convince yourself that not a single 0 x 124 accident occurred, start installing applications and updates slowly, always stopping between successive additions long enough to get an idea of the question if the machine is still free of 0 x 124 breaks down.
Smash back, obviously the latest addition of software may be somehow connected to the root cause.
If the stop error 0 x 124 persist despite the above steps, and the equipment is under warranty, consider to go back and ask for a replacement that does not suffer periodic MCE events.
Be aware that want to perform the subsequent hardware troubleshooting steps can, in some cases, void your warranty:(8) clean and carefully remove the dust inside the machine.
Reinstall all memory modules and connectors.
Use a can of compressed air to clean the RAM DIMM supports as much as possible.(9) If all else fails, start removing items of hardware one by one in the hope that the culprit is something non-essential that can be eliminated.
Obviously, this type of testing is much easier if you have access to equivalent components in order to perform swaps. If you are in the situation to have completed all the steps above without a resolution of the symptom, unfortunately the most likely reason is that the error message is literally correct - something is fundamentally wrong with the hardware of the machine.

you just bought a dvd, the hunger games, and it won't play.
My laptop is a HP pavalion dv6 - 3227cl. I just bought a Blue Ray disc of 'The Hunger Games'. He will not play. Smart Media software wants to look for an upgrade. When update is downloaded and starts, I get a message that the software is already installed and I want to uninstall the program? Should I do this or is it something else that I'm missing?
Hello
If you use HP MediaSmart DVD to read Blu - ray disc, try the following.
HP now provides a version of PowerDVD 10 Cyberlinks which seems to be a better solution. Download the latest installer for it on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.
http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp56501-57000/sp56904.exe
Once the download is complete, open windows control panel, open programs and features, make a right click the entry for HP MediaSmart DVD and select uninstall - when this process is complete, restart the laptop.
When windows has reloaded, open your downloads folder and double-click Setup for PowerDVD 10 start the installation. Once this done, see if your Blu - ray disc now plays OK.
Kind regards

Creation of DVD could not decode the files
Hello world. Another new guy!
I also discovered DVD Maker. But I had all the problems in sucsession. First creation of DVD does not recognize the files, but with the help, as I arrived here, I overcame. Then, he did not find the DVD burner, but you guys saved me once again on this one. Now, once I have start burning .avi on DVD, after 1% weird files, it gives me a biggie, saying that one or more of the files that have been added can not be decoded properly. I know there are other people who had simmular problems, but I'm still at a loss. I have download a codec (just the codecs) package to solve the original problem, I myself for example not recougnizing files in the first place. I thought that would be enough.
Please someone save me! :-) . I'm SO close from there...
