  When you get this error? What program are you trying to install?

  The question arises due to the fact that Microsoft now releases a large part of the Visual Basic run as part of the operating system environment: previously, it had to be installed by the Setup program of the application of the new (explanation of Microsoft here). If that is correct, the error is likely due to the fact the file being installed is already present and protected. You should be able to click on the ignore button when the error occurs, and the installation will continue until the end. There may be other files with the same problem; just try clicking on ignore for them also.

  Computer of my son had WinXP Pro x 86 on it for a while, and my computer has Win7 Home x 64. For compatibility with some software, he needed a 64-bit version of Windows. So I bought Win8 x 64 for my computer and spent my Win7 x 64 it. Win7 not turn on his computer - I guess because it was already installed on my own. He is no longer on mine (as I Win8), then what should I do to activate this copy on his?

  I have a machine running Vista ultimate 32 bit and decided to add it to windows 7 ultimate 64-bit (OEM) using a new hard drive with the operating system so that I can dual boot drive (or OS).

  I did this so that I could benefit from 8 GB of installed RAM, of which only 64-bit acknowledges.

  The first instalation of Win.7 was bugged with accidents frequent 'blue screen' and programs no longer responds. All updates have been installed, but I was not happy with the performance and decided to do a clean reinstall.

  I formatted the disk and progressed to reinstal win.7.
  The problem started when I had to activate the registration key; -a code 0xC004f050 appears with the comment that the product key is not valid.

  I then tried the phone option, a somewhat laborious procedure of type a string of numbers to validate. This has not worked, although I checked the numbers were correct. The call was redirected to someone somewhere in India, judging from the accent, which gave me a new registration key.
  Needless to say that this new key did not work either, with the same result as the original.

  I phoned a 2nd time to inform them that the key did not work and have now been achieved here for assistance.

• 0x8002801c of RegSvr32 error code.

  I bought a HP Officejet 6500 E709n and installed successfully on one of my laptops HP, but when I tried to install in on another one of my laptops HP, a "fatal error" when installing took place.  I went to the HP site and found this page:

  I'm not positive is the error code was the same, but when I tried to follow the instructions on this page, I got the 0x8002801c error code.  I searched online for more information about this error code, but are pages that have no meaning for me.  Maybe it's not the only problem to get the printer installed on my computer, but it seems that that would be a start.

  Thanks for the advice but I got it to work somehow.  I don't know exactly what has worked this time, but I did the following:

  First of all, I uninstalled all the HP programs install disc and shut down the computer once again.

  Rebooted the laptop and ran Norton 360 scans, including registry cleaning.

  Run the installation disk and once more the same fatal error occurred.

  I then chose the option to install other programs from the disk to Setup again.

  I have installed the HP Photosmart Essentials, as I had done previously.

  I open the HP Solution Center, and this time it worked.

  As I said, I'm not sure if the Norton 360 scans made the difference, but it seems to work fine now.

  I have Windows XP. I can not access FF. When I do I get error code 404 and the message "URL/firefox is not found on this server." It started today, I had version 9 ff. I've uninstalled and reinstalled version 12, but still not same error when you try to access the FF.

  We have a copy of LV2013 and several copies of a LV2011 running. A project of LV originally written in LV 2011 was opened by the LV2013 and then saved in LV2013. Now when LV 2011 tries to open the project, there are very few errors loading.

  As it appears on the pop-up error;

  "LabVIEW: file version is later than the latest version of LabVIEW.".

  An error occurred loading VI ' Series.lvlib: Close .vi 178XB BK precision.

  "LabVIEW support 9 error code: version of VI (13.0) is newer than the version of LabVIEW (11.0).

  Currently, the LV2011 to LV2013 update is not an option. Then there is other ways to solve this problem?

  Open the project (or the toplevel VI) in 2013 and go to "file... except for the previous version. Selection 2011.

  I know that this problem has been addressed several times, but I can't find an answer that can help me.  Bought my Dell Inspiron from Staples in 2008 and it came with the installation disc.  Staples is no longer wearing my computer and have not been very helpful with previous problems.  I sometimes get the updates installed, but since 16/01/09 updates, most have failed.  I was wondering what are the options with regard to getting this fixed a problem I had.

  There is no Vista free download legal available.

  Call Dell and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

  Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

  Or borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD (not Dell, HP, etc).
  A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.
  The product key determines which version of Vista is installed.

  There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.

  If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

  The error report also includes the name of the app: aolunins_us.exe recently, I had to reinstall my OS and have done all service pack updates, etc. Now, I want to take the trail version of AOL, which has been included on the CD of restoration, offshore and it won't let me!  I know how to delete a program and we tried, but when I choose the AOL program it does not give me the option to choose what version so I continue to click on the Change/Remove button a window appears to let me know that windows is looking for the version of AOL on my computer, then another window says uninstall has encountered a problem and needs to close contact microsoft about this problem.  In addition to the error code, the error report also includes the name of the app: aolunins_us.exe can someone help me please?  :-)

  The 0xc0000005 error code means access denied. You could check the permissions for the AOL installation folder and see if you're allowed to it.

  If you are unable to remove it, you may need to look at using 3rd party software removal tool which may help to remove it from your system.
