  Thanks for the reply, I've been locked out couldn't access what whether only the logon screen could not use the command prompt, I used a software cd to reset. IM now able to access my computer and fix what's not thanks to my sister... and thanks for the reply...

  We are a school and that you have purchased a license from AVL ELTA Adobe as CC2015 for 80 FTE (users) who was the right solution in our situation.

  Our intention was to deploy CC2015 on all PC's on our site (about 100).

  I did some tests, and I found that if I increase the number of locks by 'set_lk_max_locks' in the DB_CONFIG file, db_load operation will be a success.

  The point is that the larger db file may need a very high value of locks, then why "db_load" does not release the locks during the ongoing procedure? Is this a bug for the bdb?

  because I can not increase the infinite number of locks!

  If this is not the case, How can I cause "db_load" release of transaction locks?

  If you import a dump file into an existing, open environment with flags of (can be several) DB_INIT_LOCK | DB_INIT_LOG | DB_INIT_MPOOL | DB_INIT_TXN, then it is true, you may encounter the error on "lock table is out of available lock entries" when the dump file is very large. Db_load process will not release the locks because he have to provent other processes to access the database under construction to ensure the consistency of the data in the transactional environment.

  The general average to load a database from a dump file is to specify an empty directory as the base directory. Hereby, the database will be created in a private non transactional environment, and you can copy the database in your environment running once completed the process of db_load.

  I had updated my Windows Vista to Windows 7 and since I had problems with the webcam.
  I tried to download other software and it will work for a day or two when I go to open the webcam there is a pop up that says the device is locked by another application when nothing else is in place?

  It seems also not connect to Skype? Anyone have any ideas?

  I have experience with Win7 on Satellite L300 God. I ve done own Win7 32 bit installation with all the drivers, tools and utilities and I must say that the webcam works perfectly.

• IE seems to be locking up my normally stable Win7 Pro.

  I've been running Win7 Pro for a week.  Its been pretty easy & much faster than XP.  I did a full install on a hard drive again instead of an update.  Last night, I added a gadget (Vista clock Radio) and was www.COtrip.org (since the pass was closed last night) using IE.  The computer is locked until this morning (keyboard & mouse were unresponsive).  I had to do a hard power & light.  When I returned to www.cotrip.org, I blocked twice more.  I was installing my email & mobile alerts when this happened this morning, but not last night.

  I tried to install an update from windows a minute ago & it failed.  This is a first for me on Win7.  The update was a Broadcom Bluetooth driver for my thinkpad.  The failure code is 800F020B.  Unknown if this is related, but seems a coincidence.

  I am running the latest version of Norton AV...

  This gives a whirlwind:

  1. download the Norton Removal Tool, save it to your desktop: ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe

  2. close all open applications (that is, anything with an icon on the taskbar).

  3. After completing some you have a copy of your handy product key, uninstall NAV, LiveUpdate and all Norton Add ons via Control Panel | Programs | Uninstall a program (or Control Panel |) Programs and features, if you are using the classic view).

  4 IMPORTANT! -Online activate Windows Firewall immediately after the restart.

  NB: Now you're "working without a net": no to ANYTHING else online (e.g., navigation, reading e-mail, chat) until you have completed step #8 below!

The blue screen for F8 does not show in the newspaper.

• Remove entries of died in the WIN7 Uninstall list after a system restore

  Took to do a system restore. I had deleted some programs until I did the restore after the restore, these programs appear in the Install/Uninstall list, but they do not exist on the computer. I would like to remove the entries, but by clicking on uninstall does not work. I know there is a manual way to do it by editing the registry, but the info says that the process is for XP. • Win7 log in problems: "the referenced account is currently locked and cannot be saved in.

  I've seen a few posts related to this error, but nothing of quite like what I feel... My service company COMPUTER is perplexed and they have tried a bunch of stuff at the end server without result, so want to recreate the image on my computer, I don't want to just cause it's a pain.

  I have 2 computers in my workplace. A desktop and a laptop both running Win7 that connect on the server in domain of companies. I use the same username and password for both, of course.
  The problem is with the laptop. Occasionally when I try to log in, I get a notification "the referenced account is currently locked and cannot be saved in" and I can not connect. However, if I unplug the network cable and try it, it works. If I plug the power cable back in and lock the computer, restart the whatever, I can connect properly. However, after a few hours or days, it does the same thing.
  So I'm not completely locked out of the system. It's really annoying to have to disconnect the network like that.
  It has not always done this... It allows to work very well, but it seems to have just started for no apparent reason. The main difference between laptops and desktop, is that the laptop has Symantec PGP Whole Disk Encryption, while the office is not.
  Any thoughts on what may happen and what can I do about it?
