Windowless non-plein projector screen?

Hello.

(1) is it possible to create windowless non-plein screen projector with Flash CS3?
(2) or even better applications of 'hidden' spotlight (where the window will be able to take any form based on a mask and not just rectanlge form)?
(3) or at least possible to change the title of the window of the projector? ...

Or we are 'condemned' with all applications non-plein screen projector to suffer from the ' Adobe Flash title Player 9 "window?...: /...»

You can certainly do it with Adobe AIR in Flash CS3.

You can't do that with a projector built with Flash CS3.

You might be able to do it with a projector Flash 3rd party, such as Zinc and mProjector tool:

  • Portege R500 - toggle the display of the laptop to LCD projector screen

Hello - new here, urgent request. We have a meeting, and I use the Portege R500 for the first time with LCD projector which is also a Toshiba.

How do the laptop screen display the projection screen? I thought it was function F5 (Fn + F5), but it does not work.

    Can anyone help?

    Hello

Yes, you must use the FN + F5 to switch to the external monitor or external projector, etc.
You must first connect the laptop with a projector, while both devices are turned off.
After connecting the projector you could power the laptop.

Then try to switch to external projector using the FN + F5 key combination

  • Projector screen recording

I'm having the problem to see a small grid / this overlay in my editing, the result of the shooting of a projection screen. are there techniques of effects/editing that I can use to remove these lines and get a clearer picture? You can also see that the left side as well as the top and bottom of the screen is parallel to the border, but the right is not. Is there an alternative to the swivel / tilt typical of the "basic 3d" effect, where I can stretch each individual corner as the effect of the "perspective" in GIMP?

    export.jpg

Simple answer, do not use projection screen. Use 'card' instead - it's thin white cardboard, that children do their school presentations, costs about a dollar for a large sheet. Insert the camera right next to the projector, side by side. Lenses will be slightly to the other, then both are focusing on the same point a few feet more far away (your cardboard screen). Be sure to use the dull side of the Board, that the shiny side will give you hot spots. Cardboard must be perpendicular to the ground, so the beam of the projector, it hits all right to avoid the effect of trapezoid (image not square, warped).

The image projected at a close distance cannot be less than a foot across, and that's fine! Simply zoom camcorder and mentor until nice and record, works very well. I'd hire manual focus, so it does not derive. You could play with shutter also to see what works best in reducing the flicker from old cameras 8 mm/Super 8 use odd frame rates. I do not have this process over the years, but I always direct connected camcorder video to a TV monitor output so that I could really check my results before committing - you don't want to do this several times, record once and. Use manual exposure so you can no longer, so he's not blowing your subjects.

Well done, you should not have to make any angle pin type stuff to fix, it will be perfect as a shot, without black borders or distortion.

    Good luck

    Thank you

  • How VMware Player reacts to projector screens?

    Hello

I would like to start by saying that I am completely new to this "virtualization" agreement and am still quite confused. In addition, I was not sure what advice this issue was the better for, so mods please feel free to move it to the correct card.

Within 24 hours, I will introduce a Web site to an audience of 50 to 100 people. The problem was, my site was coded on a linux machine and would have taken a huge amount of work to make it compatible with Windows . So, I decided to try this thing of VMware, as I've heard a lot. I advanced and downloaded the necessary files, started PuppyLinux (small, fast and efficient) and managed to get the LAMP server running.

However, one thing I was concerned with is that I could not test if a projector would be properly view the Web site. I used the same projector that I will tomorrow use perfectly fine with Windows Vistabut it will properly project the screen/things that run to the INSIDE of VMware? I am very worried that it will be just a big black box and ruin the entire presentationruin countless hours of programming of the site work (it's a competition for an event). Event rules are very strict, and I don't think I'll be able to test the projector before the start of the presentation.

Does anyone have ideas how a projector would answer to VMware? Everything will appear correctly - including everything that happens inside the VMware Player?

    Thank you!

    Hello

Works very well. You will project your office as you normally would. You can project your entire desktop, rather than just the content of the virtual machine console.

  • Tecra A2: Nothing appears on the projector screen

    Model: Toshiba Tecra A2

Problem: Laptop is wired to a projector using the VGA port on the back of the laptop.

When we try to playing a DVD or mpg video on the laptop the video play as usual on the laptop, but nothing appears on the display of the projector. Windows Media Player is visible on the projector, but no video image.

The laptop has a video on the port on the back of it, and I guess that's where the laptop sends the video - but we do not want to use this - is it possible to get the video playing on the vga port?

    Thank you

    Hello

The first change to the projector by using the FN + F5 key combination. After that, start the DVD or any other video file. I had the same problem if the laptop is connected to the TV. If the DVD work that it was not possible to see on TV.

  • How to create a non-blocking Popup screen?

    Hello

Basically, I want to do something similar to the State. Show (String message, bitmap Bitmap, int, long, style, boolean allowDismiss, boolean, int priority block) API where I can display a modeless popup containing various fields and still allow the user to continue to work on the screen below the pop-up window.

Thanks for any help and suggestions.

It is not possible. you could draw directly on the screen, it would look like a popup, but would in fact part of the screen. We do overlays in this way, for example.

Many many thanks Andre!  The work of Console launch.  After that I removed the entries in/etc/hosts localhost to the server vcenter-1, I brought successfully to the top of the console window.  Of course, I also had to add an entry for the host esxi-1 in each file/etc/hosts.

The only remaining question I have is that the console returns to Mode "full screen" by default and I can't seem to exit full screen mode.  It encloses the vclient overall utility.  Is it possible to tell the coming launch mode console non-plein default screen?  Y at - it a remote console setting that controls "Full Screen Mode".

  • Black screen on Equium A100-306 after watching the movie on external projector

    Hello!

I have a laptop Satellite A100-306 and it worked very well. Yesterday, I plugged in a spotlight and watched the movie.

Once I finished the movie I have turn it off and disconnected from the projector.
After a few hours later, I tried to change my cell phone and found that the initial screen of charges until after there is nothing on the screen.

I was able to go into the BIOS but couldn't go safe mode. I remember I used the key Fn and F5, but nothing comes so any help would be much appreciated.

While the initial charge up screen I do not think that there is a problem on the screen or the graphics card the toshiba logo at startup.

Can anyone help to know if tht is a hard drive problem maybe.

Hmm for me it seems that the display was set ONLY to an external display device (projector, screen, etc.) and, therefore, you are not capable of anything on the internal display of laptops.

I think you need to connect an external monitor or projector to this laptop second and must try to set display settings default (Mobile only)

The FN + F5 combination should help you.
As far as I know the laptop replaces the output of the screen in the following order:

    * Internal display * * (CRT) screen external + internal screen * * (CRT) external display only * TV (s-video output) + internal screen * TV only (output s-video) *.

So maybe you have chosen the last device (output only s-video)

  • Satellite L300-135 - unable to look at the projector or LCD TV screen

    Hello

For months, I was able to view my laptop on lcd tv and my projector screen. I would just plug my cable rgb at the back of the TV or projector and the screen would be immediately shown. Now am unable view the screen of the laptop on each device. I try to toggle Fn + F5 button but this has no effect. I don't have to press Fn + F5 because it displays automatically once the rgb cable has been connected.

I have intel chipset r965 and have just recently updated the driver from the website of intel but this has not solved the problem. Would appreciate further advice outside the toggling the Fn + F5 key

    Thank you very much.

    > updated the driver from the Intel site
I'm afraid that's the problem. Toshiba's own drivers tailored for each model laptop with the support of all the features and additional options.

I'm afraid with this Intel driver it will not work. Back to Toshiba driver.

  • Laptop screen disabled when connecting to a projector

    Original title:

Hello, I am trying to connect to a projector Acer H5360 to my computer dv9750 Pavilion laptop under Vista Home Premium using an HDMI cable.

Whenever I connect the projector, or noting happens and typing FN + F4 I can have my proposed office or automatically after a certain time, my office is planned (without typing anything). In both cases, the office disappears from the screen of my laptop (!)
The only way to have my laptop active screen is again by disconnecting the HDMI cable AND it's not completely deterministic: it happens that the laptop screen remains inactive after extraction of the HDMI connector and until the power is cycled
My question is how can I configure the system to always reflect the tower to the projector screen, whenever the projector is attached, while leaving the tower still active screen? before, during and after the setting of the projector.
I would add only that I did not imagine it's be so complicated to just fix a projector. For example, when I move the same projector with the same cable to my xoom Tablet I just see projected! without doing anything more than the * physical connection *.

How many times do you have to press the key combination?

FN + F4 key combination is to switch between monitors. Try pressing the fn + f4 several times until you get show both monitors ON.

When the monitor of the laptop is turned OFF and the projector is on, press the key combination, the projector must be OFF and the monitor of the laptop must be turned on. By pressing the key combination twice turns the laptop screen and the projector. There should be no instance that both will turn OFF.

If it does not try to activate your dual display:
Right click on the desktop-> Output To-> Intel Dual Display Clone-> notebook + monitor. It can vary in defense on your installation, I use a laptop HP and Acer LCD as a second monitor.
