  I'm creating a rule for inbound connectivity, but once I restrict the rule to a specific port range it is blocking the connection.

  My FW Windows rule is the following:

  Interestingly, if I remove the "Local Port" and "ANY" allow then it works.  Only when I limit the local ports it fails.

  The incoming port is 48408 that matches what I encouraged.  Really confused why it is blocked?

I initially Windows7 Home Premium installed but my friend installed Windows7 professional now, it will not be activated and that there more the product key.   Make a right click on desktop-> customize-> Select Any active Aero theme from there. Try Windows 7 (the default theme). After allowing it to check if the option you want appears or not.

  Try going to Options-> Options on the Firefox menu. This will open the Options menu and you can change your cookies settings in the Privacy tab.

  You should also look at this article. It describes some of the differences between the old version of Firefox and 8 FF.
