Windows 7 is installed repeatedly the generic driver does not work on a Realtek hd audio HD official that works.

I have a Realtek sound card on my ASUS motherboard. It requires a driver to work properly.

When I install this driver under Windows 7 32 - bit (fully updated - Jul 08,2012), the sound begins to work, until I stopped. but, when I turn the computer back on, Windows has uninstalled this driver, and replaced it with a generic Microsoft Audio driver, which does not work.
How can I solve this problem?

User Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Driver Installation\Code signature of device drivers

http://www.itechs-systems.com/pages/tipstricks/Disable_Driver_Signing_in_Windows_7.aspx

You can read here:

(Windows Vista and later versions) driver signing policy

Code signing is tangled with DRM, and some content may not play with unsigned drivers.   Your motherboard supplier should have signed drivers for its products, if they are not then I suspect, as another poster has said, that the mobo is not supported for Windows 7.

  • Qosmio modem: after update the modem driver does not work

    Qosmio F10-145 with WSP2 MCE.
Yesterday, I installed Phone Dialer Pro. Then, I realized that the microphone did not work with this program.
The help file suggested upgrade modem driver that I then downloaded from the Toshiba site.
It was the last time that my modem was working.
I tried everything: from the update to restart in SafeMode as administrator, remove the driver and reinstall it from the Tools CD, use SFC and all I get is an 'access denied' message at the end of the installation process.
System Restore doesn't work anymore as the last point of available restoration after the "Reinstall".
I called help line of Toshiba which suggested resettlement of the entire system using the recovery CD... That would take days (programs, updates, mail files + digital certificates...).
The last option that is somewhat like a spare wheel, as it has to install an external modem PCMCIA. This worked well but is frustrating because there is a modem already installed.
Also, why don't I have any problem installing external modem, but cannot install one that is already there?
    Any suggestion?

Comment: If push comes to shove, it is there is a hidden partition restore (not to be confused with the restoration of the system) you can use to do a clean install. Understand that if the hard drive does not work because of a hardware failure, a clean install will NOT repair.

  • E CD/DVD DRIVE DOES NOT WORK

Remember - this is a public forum so never post private information such as numbers of mail or telephone!

Ideas: I am IMPOSSIBLE to GET THE DRIVE E (CD/DVD) TO READ. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THE PLAYER TO WORK?

    • You have problems with programs
    • Error messages
    • Recent changes to your computer
    • What you have already tried to solve the problem

    Hello

Step 1: Please do all the same underneath if you did some before as is often total
a process that solves the problem.

Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double click on the device - driver tab.
Click on update drivers (this will probably do nothing) - RIGHT click ON the drive - uninstall.
RESTART this will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue
    below.

Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a coward
cable or slight corrosion on the contacts (usually for a laptop) and other issues.

Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and
contacts data with a pencil eraser.

Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the manufacturer of system and
manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

    ===============================

Step 2: You have disc problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD
Burn and CD and DVD read). So it is not unusual for 1 or 2 operational so that other parts
    do it right.

Did you follow the Troubleshooting Guide for the reader who still does not work? There are
the entries in registry that the troubleshooter does not solve and those who "might" be the cause.

Check with your Maker system and a device for the two possible firmware updates and
the correct registry entries for your car.

Here are the keys that I of course are those in question - for the subkeys of the CD/DVD drive
as there will be other subkeys in these keys. Do not forget to ask specific keys involved as well as
    the parameters.
