  Your problem is that the PC is unable to properly read the table BIOS SLC, which should not be able to activate the key to OEM_SLP product in use here.

  You must change the key to that on your COA sticker on the case of the machine, using the link to the product key of Cange the bottom of system properties - you will then need to activate by phone.

  There are several methods to reinstall Vista.

  See which way suits you.

  There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

  You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

  They should do this for a small fee.

  To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:

  Windows not genuine message?

  I have a ZT Systems Core i7 PC with Win7 Home Premium 64-bit. It's about a year, but recently, when I came out of hibernation, a window appears saying that Windows is not genuine.  When I close and re - enter my ID in the Properties window, it checks and says that the activation is successful.  Why this message keep appearing from time to time and how do I get rid of him?  Thank you!

  A product id is not a product key. your product key is on your COA attached to your computer. (if your laptop, it may be in the battery compartment).

  Several months ago, I bought a copy of Windows 7 family Premium 64 Bit, OEM of the FRY in the upgrade/repair considerably my PC (MBoard, SSD and RAM). Activation and initial recording went well. Today, the "Windows is not genuine" message popped up. Following the instructions, I checked the credentials of the DVD purchased, including

  1 > COA

  2 > hologram on CD (* etc.).

  The software is authentic from what I see. But the reactivation attempts have failed. I went to www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate/ and gave MS Security Essentials because my "version of Windows is genuine. However, I'm getting treatment "this version of windows is counterfeit." (The Office went black, warning of impending doom if not authenticated, etc.).   If it is any help, I was about to run System Mechanic 11, he started and said that an update is available. I allowed the update and after the typical stuff (clean the clutter of system, optimize the SSD, back up registry) was asked to defragment the registry, which occurs at a restart.   I have a question about this message on my desk to read "Windows 7 Build 7601 this copy of Windows is not genuine."?
  I bought this Satellite c660 to Qatif in Saudi Arabia and now he's here in the Philippines.
  My laptop is Windows 7 Professional 32-bit. It asks for a product key and I can't find one. There is no product in the background key sticker and I don't know where to get that.

  You can not find it. I put t understand your question. If you use OS Toshiba you n t need activation code, but if not you and if pre-installed OS is installed with the installation of Microsoft disk you need to pay for a valid license.
