  Re-create the license store

  1) click the Start button.

  (2) type: CMD.exe in the field "search programs and files".

  (3) right click on CMD.exe and select run as administrator

  (4) type: net stop sppsvc (it may ask you if you're sure, select Yes)

  Note: the Software Protection service may not be running, that's ok.

  (5) type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform

  I got this a few times.  It is caused by not only not your PC connected to the Internet when Windows 7 is 'automatically' audit of the validation at boot time.  Somehow, your Internet access came well after the validation process.

  I bought my computer (HP G62) from best buy, 3 years ago. All of a sudden it is saying that my copy of windows is not genuine. It is also not allowing me to install windows updates. It will download updates, but it says there is an error in their installation. I did not make something different I know.

  On my desk:
  Windows 7
  Build 7601
  This copy of windows is not genuine
  During the installation of updates, it shows errors found:
  800736B 3 code
  Code 8007371B
  I went through the "get help with this error" has everything Microsoft Auto it fixed tool and they did nothing. Your help would be great please.

  Select Properties

  Scroll to the bottom of the page and select change product key

  Computers, which are built by large manufacturers provided with pre-installed Windows are supplied with 2 two product keys:

  (A) OEM SLP: this key comes pre-installed in Windows, when it comes to the factory. This key is designed to work with the special instructions isn't on the hardware of this manufacturer. Then, when Windows was installed using the OEM SLP (in factory) Windows 7 key leans on the motherboard and he sees special instructions and activates. (that's why you had no need to turn on your computer after you brought it home)

  (B) COST SLP: it's the product key that you see on the sticker on the side (or at the bottom, [or in the battery compartment]) of your computer. It is a valid product key, but must be used only in certain situations (for example, if the OEM SLP key stops automatic activation for a reason any). The key must be activated by phone. (Note: all manufacturers that use the SLP OEM system are bound by contract to include a certificate of Authenticity sticker (COA), which has a COA SLP key, on the computer)

Ive been using it daily for over a year with all of the problems until this morning. When I turned on the laptop I received the message that my copy of windows 7 Ultimate can be false, even though I received an update of windows on 06/07/12 How is that? When I tried returning product key he still came the same. What I do, and how can I solve this problem?

  Your windows is not genuine.

  The key of product in use is the infamous Lenovo OEM SLP key blacklisted. This key has been blacklisted before Windows 7 came out and has never been sold.
  You will need to buy a full edition of genuine windows or return to windows, your computer comes with that.
