Windows 7 - Printer Spooler problems. Allows to get noticed to add yourself to "need an answer" (error Code 1813, 1297, 1053 and 0x000006ba)
OK I'm a newbie to this and certainly not a computer techy so please excuse the amateur descriptions.
I have a new Dell laptop and have upgraded to Win 7 Home prem to Win 7 Professional. (Not homegroup) (wireless network) successfully with my old running Office XP and I now try to add the HP printer attached to the desktop computer networking too.
I can 'see' the printer in the network map but when I double click to add get the message error Code 1813 then 1053.
I was in services.msc and startup is on automatic. In the description field is "cannot read the description 1813 error code. Status field is 'stopped' when you try to start it you get "Windows didn't start this service on the local computer." Error code 1053 - service has failed to start in a controlled manner or timely.
In all the forum etc., I read the only person who seems to have corrected it reinstalled the printer thingy spooler?. Recons HE he has been altered in its upgrade from Vista to Windows 7. I have no idea how to proceed.

and finally just in case Microsoft reads this - I've had the computer for 4 days and I just spent nearly $1,000 on the MS to see products that I can not print and this problem is not supported by Microsoft, unless I pay. I'm not impressed, even less when I see how many other people have problems.

I have a HP 5600printer. After loading and execution of Smart PC Fixer my computer started running better, but my printer will print only one line at a time and then a pause. It takes about 4 minutes to print a page. I tried changing the settings in the Advanced section of the print driver but still no change. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you

After reboot - "Spooler subsystem App stopped working and was closed". No printer listed on the control panel of the printer window.

In fact, I have corrected a problem like yours this morning.
It had to do with a corrupted driver.As printers are not getting loaded, it's probably one of them who has corrupted drivers.
You can also go to windows-> system32->-> Printer Spooler
If there is no file you can remove the and try to restart the Printer Spooler service.

Print spooler problem. I have a problem with the spooler to stop continuous printing. I get this ERROR (0x000006be). I've seen a lot of suggestion already... such as printer drivers are corrupt, need to clear the printer, etc. I already went to SERVICES and connected so that administrator, assign the automatic print spooler, restarted the Services 50 times, etc. Nothing works. I'm on a Vista 64-bit operating system. I have a Xerox printer wireless network. I started having a month ago print spooler stops. The problem can settle with a reboot. Now the problem has appeared and will not disappear. I can restart the print spooler, it will show that it is started, but when I try to add the printer I always get an error message that contains error code (0X00000ba). I searched on the internet and see that this is not a unique problem, but I have yet to see a solution that works for me. I followed the procedure of Microsoft to solve print spooler problems; one that's "Mr. Fix It". That did not help. I tried to go back to restore points more aged, but which did not help. At this point I'm stuck on how to go forward. Any suggestions?
The problem will be back because somewhere there is a bug. It's certainly specific centres of suspicion about Adobe Reader and pdf files. Some users have passed to Foxit, but while this may work for some, it is not the universal solution.

Print spooler problem? Uh, maybe?
If I have problems with a printer/plotter that I added to my Vista laptop.
Whenever I have send a file "print", it starts up and about 3 seconds in the file, just tracer stops and the error file in the print queue. I do not know if it is a mistake of the coil, but it shows me nothing about the problem. He stops, then finally the status changes to 'error' and happens again and again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver. This tracer works perfectly on an old Dell XP I use so I know that's not the plotter.
I not even looked to see if WinPrint (print processor) usually caused this kind of problem, but couldn't find anything about it. I'm not super tech savvy. It drives me crazy!

Windows 7 print spooler crashes
Running Windows 7 Pro with all the latest updates... Installed a HP 1600 with the latest HP drivers and local printing works very well.
Set the printer to be shared on the network.
Installed the latest drivers from HP on the other 3 machines with the latest operating system upgrades... (1) Windows 7 Pro, (2) Windows 7 Starter, 3-Vista 32.
Print jobs sent from any of the 3 other computers to the shared device deepen the impression that but crash.
Jobs will not print until I have stop and restart the spooler service for printing on Windows 7 Pro machine to which the printer is physically attached.
However, I have connected the printer directly to my router and all computers can print without problem.
For me it nails down to be a problem with the Windows 7 print spooler or a parameter that it controls.
So, is this the print spooler, or is it a setting at the origin of the problem?
And, if it is a parameter, one that or those?
On the Ports tab in the printer properties on the computer that is sharing the printer, uncheck enable bidirectional. The HP language monitor needs access to a resource that has only the local administrator. When you restart the spooler of jobs are planned in the context of the system rather than the context to users.

I had a lot of trouble trying to install the 64-bit version of windows 7 Home Premium on my 64-bit vista, and my question is multi-part. If it is relevant, it's my 2nd copy of windows 7 I have tried. Initially, I had the problem of not being able to run the installation on two copies with the error "'autorun.dll' could not be found or is damaged. Error code is [0x7E]. "However, I managed to get into with my 2nd copy installation after restarting my computer. Once in Setup, I got another error that stopped the installation that says "windows not could create an installation folder. Error code is 0 x 80070017. "Again, I rebooted my computer and started the installation again, this time following installation was decently through but stopped when I got the error"Windows cannot copy files required for installation. The files may be damaged or missing. Error code is 0 x 80070241. "I then backed up and restarted my computer and then tried to use the option to install custom but then got the error"E:\sources\autorun.dll is not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try to install the program using the original media, or contact your system administrator. "coupled with the error"the file 'autorun.dll' could not be loaded or is corrupt. Error code is 0xC1"again once I restarted and tried the custom option but got the error" Windows has no load the required file WinSetup.dll.» The file is possibly corrupted. To install windows, restart the installation. Error code is 0x3E6. "I restarted my computer and tried the custom triple option more and still have the error"Windows cannot copy files required for installation. The files may be damaged or missing. Error code is 0 x 80070241. »

Tips for solving common problems when Windows 7 won't install troubleshooting
1. start Windows Upgrade Advisor to see if there are known issues that might affect the installation and correct them.

3 make sure that your computer has the BIOS and latest drivers.
4. disconnect all external devices except the keyboard and mouse before installing.

6. If you have a large amount of RAM (memory), try to reduce the amount of RAM installed. 1 GB if 32-bit installation, 2 GB for 64-bit, then replace RAM if the upgrade was successful.
7. If you have downloaded Windows 7 and it burned a DVD test burn again at the slowest speed possible. It is also possible the download may have errors, you can try to download it again.8. check your RAM (memory) to find errors. This can take some time.
(A) Insert the Windows 7 DVD and restart the computer.
(B) start from the Windows 7 DVD.
(C) select your language, and then click Next.
(D) click on "repair your computer" then select the operating system to fix it.
(E) click on the link of the Memory Diagnostics in the system recovery menu.
(F) the computer will restart and your memory is checked for errors.9 turn off startup programs:
(A). Click Start, type MSCONFIG in the search box and press ENTER.
OK the authorization of user account control and password if necessary
If you are using XP: click Start, run, and type: MSCONFIG and click OK.
(B) on the general tab, click Selective startup.
(C) just below the selective startup, clear the checkbox "Load Startup items".
(D) click the Services tab, check "Hide all Microsoft Services", and then click Disable all.
(E) click OK, and then restart the computer.
(F) try the upgrade again.(NOTE: If the upgrade fails and you continue to use your rear security software, then also go back into MSCONFIG and under the general Tower XP/Vista tab, click "Normal startup", and then click OK to exit.)
