  Since you formatted and installed windows, its non-secure mode. Try to install display drivers.   You should try utility called www.memtest.org Memtest to test the RAM if the test shows that your Ram is ok, reinstall the Os.

  No doubt it can help you to restore the system to a previous point. If it doesn t help your only option seems to be to reinstall Windows I think. Therefore, you can use the Toshiba Recovery drivers with tools disk :)
