I've never seen this kind of problem never or don't want to believe that windows or equipment can be affected by temperatures. It's almost as if windows starts up when the laptop is pretty hot.

However, we can run a Microsoft Fix itfirst to troubleshoot your Windows system performance and restart your device after execution of this. • Laptop freezes on Windows startup screen (start)

Freezes my laptop Envy15-3000 starting up.  It makes only to the Windows startup screen and then icons Microsoft stop moving.  This has happened since Tuesday (8/12).  I ran checks and the memory and hard drive (quick and full) test came back positive - i.e. without problems.  I finally decided to reformat yesterday (8/14).  He gets throughout the process of reformating until he wants to start the system for the "first time" (I guess this will be the last time it restarts in the recovery process) and always freezes on Windows startup screen.  If I try to hard cock off and try any other start up option I can think (Safe Mode, etc.), it says failed to retrieve and asks me to try again, get the details or Save Log.  When I try again, it goes back to freezing.  Therefore, I am now in an endless loop of another attempt of the retrieve to access the windows screen start freezing.

All I want to do is wipe the hard drive and reload everything.  I'm not interested to recover the old data I backed everything up.  I have had no error messages on my sleeve it, memory, tests etc, so I'm at a loss on how to proceed.  Help, please!  Thank you.

PS: I have the original 7 provided with the system recovery/windows DVD player.

    Hello

Assuming that it's just a problem with the recovery media, here's another solution, you can try.

Before you try the following, make sure that you can always read the character product activation key 25 on your label Windows COA (5 blocks of 5 alphanumeric games).

An example of a COA label can be seen here.

You can create a Windows 7 installation disc yourself using another PC - just download the Disk Image correct ( this must be the same version that originally came with your laptop - it is listed as Windows 7 Home Premium ) from the link below and use an app like ImgBurn ( Note: you can deselect additional software offerings when you install ImgBurn) to burn the ISO correctly on a blank DVD - a guide on the use of ImgBurn to write an ISO on a disc is here.  The source of the Windows Image is Digital River.

    Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit SP1.

Use the disk to perform the installation, enter the activation key of Windows on the label of the COA at the request and once the installation is complete, use ' 'phone Method' described in detail in the link below to activate the operating system -this made method supported by Microsoft and is popular with people who want to just have a new installation of Windows 7 without additional software load normally comes with OEM installations.

    http://www.kodyaz.com/articles/how-to-activate-Windows-7-by-phone.aspx

All pilots additional and software that you may need are entering either the No. fullModel. or your notebook product number here.

    (3) then click on the little icon above the list of player who scored "click to run tests.

    (4) in the popup windows choose the option "write zeros". Click 'Start' and select the fastest two write options who writes zero for beginners / before the command and at the end / last sectors on the disk. It will take about 2 minutes or less. Once the zero finished writing your drive will be in a State of 'Raw' (just as if you removed from the box for the first time).

    (5) open "Disk management", you should see a windows asking you to 'Initialize' the reader. Choose the MBR (Master Boot Record "option.

  • HP Pavilion 21-h010la stuck in the HP splash screen.

Hello. I'm having a problem with my computer. When I try to turn it on, it gets stuck in the HP loading screen. I used the PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI and he says that it meets the test, even if the SMART hard disk check returns a WARNING. The program didn't give me all the instructions to fix it later. Do I need to change?

    Hi there @mafi11235,

That the Forums are with you!  It's a good place to find the help you need, other users, the HP experts and other members of the support staff. I understand that your computer is stuck on the HP logo at the start, and that he was a WELL-INFORMED driver error message. I'm happy to help you with this.

If you get a SMART disk error, so it is normally a warning of impending failure, based on testing the drive runs itself. This could mean the drive is defective or shows signs of failure, but in general you want to replace it and try to make a backup of your data as much as you can, until it was inaccessible.

You have recovery media or already made for Windows 10 recovery disc? If this isn't the case, you will want to get some for your system. Computers HP - get HP recovery disks or HP USB recovery disc

Please let me know if it works for you and if it does not solve your problem, please mark this message as a solution. Bravo would be appreciated as well.

How can I extend the time that is displayed?

    Please to identify your computer.

Ook from Lto the base/back/side of the pc/laptop to the sticker with barcode.

Item number of pole 2 as seen on the following example of label with barcode of a HP laptop. The barcode on your HP product may be slightly different in appearance, but will still have important information necessary for us to help you.

  • Stuck on Windows startup screen

My laptop is stuck on the screen whenever I turn it on. I tried to run in the vault makes it incapable of doing, I ran several restorations system and repairs to the system each which say 'not found no problem' or say a reboot is required, and then it gets stuck on the screen start up again. The windows symbol fades in and out, but the loading icon does not appear.

The laptop was working fine until recently, when I downloaded the free windows 10 update from the previous windows 7 OS. He said he would download in the background, but part-way through install my computer crashed. Since back on this problem has occurred.

I would appreciate any help with what options I have this result in minimum files lost, thank you.

    Hello

Thanks for posting your question on the Microsoft community.

Thank you for details on the issue.

This problem may occur because of damaged or missing Windows startup files.

As repair and restore failed, I suggest you run bootrec commands and check if that helps.
    Refer to this article:
Use Bootrec.exe in the WINRE to resolve startup problems

  • HP G62 freezing at the windows startup screen

Hi, recently my laptop kept freezing randomly, but now it will not even past "starting windows" when I load up. I ran the two hard drive and who both have memory tests. Also tried everything on the menu after pressing f10 and f8, including safe mode, but all the options keep freezng at windows startup or stops at a black screen and only being able to move the mouse. Any help would be greatly appreciated that the laptop is relatively new. Thank you.

It's time to find your set of recovery disks or usb recovery media that you created when you set up your laptop.

If you have not created a set, you have the choice of where to get a set of recovery disks. The cost is usually about $30,00 USD

    Order a HP recovery disk
    from an HP partner

If your laptop is still under warranty, contact HP for a warranty replacement drive. Refer to the troubleshooting forum and give the representative of I.D. failure HP support: Q4QG9R-54T6LD-9XL03G-60QM03d if requested.

If it is in warranty, just buy a replacement and remove the original disc and put the new in its place.  Insert the first diskette in recovery agree for the warning to commit to a recovery and image selection recovery plant.

You can also use the Microsoft Windows COA 25 character license key and install Windows 7 from a usb\dvd Installer. The usb Installer is highly recommended.  You can download an iso file for your operating system here.

    Hello

Looks like the system is corrupted
    Try HARD drive recovery

Turn on the device, press F8 and choose fix my computer.
Now choose the recovery of HARD drive in the list of available options.
This should set the camera back to the factory settings

But this procedure works only if the HARD drive is OK.
If the HARD disk is not OK, it will not work

  • restore windows startup screen 8

somehow, after login, my office shows on the computer rather than on the start screen in windows 8. I want to restore the computer to the original home screen rather than the office. Thank you.

wingsangel, you are using a 3rd party program that gives the optiont to jump to the start page of metor. I had one installed once that would, he would just ignore the metro page and take right on the desktop.

I would say that if you have a 3rd party program making it appear more like XP, then look for the option to uncheck this GOLD

a little more radically, go to add/REMOVE and uninstall this program which transforms Windows 8 to look like XP, and then restart. The next time that your screen should appear on the start page of subway again.  .... I think so!  MOM

I had this problem once briefly, when I click on SKIP THE SCREEN START on one of these trasforming programs.  Hope this is a beginning.

    Hi Frank,.

    (1) what is the operating system installed on your computer?

    (2) you have a Windows operating system installation media?

If you have a DVD of the Windows operating system and you are using Windows 7, I suggest you follow the steps given below to perform a startup repair in the Windows recovery environment (WinRe) and check if it helps.

To run auto repair on follow computer Windows as follows:

    (a) Insert the media (USB or DVD) and restart your computer

    (b) F12 key (usually it's F12, but it may differ between computer manufacturers) and choose the drive in which you inserted into the installation media.

Once the Windows Setup window appears, follow these steps:

    (c) click on next and select repair your computer starts.

    (d) the Startup Repair will now scan your computer to try to find and solve any teething problems.

    (e) click the button reboot to return to the Windows login screen.

After you mount the new VGA, I noticed that the computer gets stuck to the initial start with the HP logo screen.

I tried to update the bios with the latest version on the HP website (v.7.15) and nothing.

Tried to install it with Windows 8.1 and windows 7, nothing.

I tried all the things I found on the net of people with the same number, nothing new.

If I'm pretty quick and I press certain keys we Gets the black screen and stuck in any case, do a few beeps and then go to a kind of sleep and if I keep pressing a key, it makes little noise Cracklin'.
