Hello

To resolve this problem, you can do a simple registry fix using the Windows Registry Editor.

REGISTRY WARNING:

Change the settings of the REGISTRY can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the REGISTRY settings configuration can be solved. Changes to these settings are at your own risk.

un) start the registry editor by pressing the Windows key + R to run the control box and then type regedit and press on Enter.

(b) access HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

(c) If you have an entry for NoDispCPL, double-click it to open it

(d) otherwise you can create it by going to the Edit menu and selecting new then DWORD value

(e) enter a name of NoDispCPL and press enter

Once you have this entry you have to double click it and set the value to 0

When you are finished, close the registry editor. The change will take effect immediately.

Please post with the State of the question.

  • "Administrator has disabled Teredo locally.

I think I have tried everything that has been recommended here. My two computers running Windows 7 proffessional. All the appropriate boxes have been checked under IPv6 protocols. However, I got some problems when uninstalling/reinstalling IPv6 protocols. When he asked me for the location of the *.inf file I didn't know where to look. On the Windows disc or my my motherboard drivers disc. Needless to say, he could not be found on a disk you know the location of this file? I uninstalled the network adapters in the Device Manager on both computers and rebooted and everything was reinstalled but still the "Teredo thing." So, I'm at an impasse. Win 7 was supposed to make things easier to present this was not the case. In this era of networking should be obvious with the advent of online multimedia. I've always taken in charge of Microsoft, but I wonder if I would have taken my brothers advice and got a Mac. This shouldn't be too difficult as. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi Sledrace,

one) is that the computer is connected to a domain?
    (b) have you connected to the user administrator account?

Teredo is a tunneling protocol designed to grant IPv6 connectivity to nodes that are located behind IPv6 NAT (network address translation) not compatible devices. It defines a way of encapsulating IPv6 packets in IPv4 UDP (User Datagram Protocol) datagrams can be routed through NAT devices, on the IPv4 internet.

You will most likely activate IPv6 and check.

    Method 1:

    To turn on IPv6:
    1. go into your control panel network connections and
    2. go in the Properties menu for the connection that you want to config.
    3. it will probably be just the connection to the Local network.
4 check the box indicating "Microsoft TCP/IP Version 6".
    5. If you do not have this option, click on the 'install' button, choose the protocols and install it.
    6. This will allow the teredo tunnel so it can create a tunnel through v4.

    Disable IPv6:

Try to uninstall IPv6 on all interfaces. To remove the IPv6

1 click Start and type network and sharing Center

    2. Select Local network

3 go to the properties for each network adapter

4 deselect the box next to the Protocol "Protocol version 6 (TCP/IPv6) Internet, which will disable, or select it and click on uninstall, which will remove off the computer.»

    5 restart your computer

NOTE: You should do this for each network connection.

During the installation of the IPV6 if its request for the location, then navigate to c:\windows\inf and see if it installs the driver.

    Method 2:
If any third-party antivirus is installed, try disabling the same and check if that helps. If you are able to join the Working Group, then you will need to uninstall and reinstall the software.

    Method 3:
Change TCP/IP settings. Follow the steps listed in the link below: change TCP/IP settings: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Change-TCP-IP-settings

  • Windows XP administrator account disabled

My XP Pro windows local administrator account is disabled and the password is changed every time that I reboot.

Work around currently I am using is connecting to another admin account on the same machine and activate the real administrator account and reset the password each time.  It's summer happening since I installed the latest Automatic updates of Windows last week.
    Help, please.

Well, this account is damaged in any way.

What is the standard admin or a user account with the privilege of admin account?

in all cases, the alternative I would use is to create a new account and give him Admin priviledge.

Then reboot and let windows configure the new admin account.

Then, right-click on the Start button and click Explore.

This will take you to the section where the user accounts.

Then explore the old / dysfunctional account and copy its contents into the new user account that you just created.

I would not copy the files.

Simply copy the files and shortcuts, and links from the old to the new.

It can be tedious to do the above, but its 'probably the best way to back up your data.

either way, current account, you use this time for this analysis should not be changed at this time.   That's why I suggest to create a new brand and rebuild using the data from the old account.

the foregoing is a measure of security, just in case that the new admin account is damaged as the former.  If Yes, then you have to use again as a stable connection.

  • Get the message: the system administrator has set policies during the uninstall of a program.

    Original title: uninstall error.

How can I uninstall without the system administrator has set policies

    Hi Telowe,

    1 are logged as administrator?

    2. you have more than one administrator account on your computer?

    3. what application you are trying to uninstall?

    4. this happens only with a specific application?

    Method 1:

You can try disabling UAC and check if you are able to uninstall the program. Try the instructions in the following article to disable UAC.
Enable or disable the User Account Control

Note: We do not recommend disable user account control. If you turn it off, you must reactivate as soon as possible.

    Method 2:

You can temporarily disable a security software and firewall installed on the system and check if the problem persists.

Note: Be sure to enable the security software on the computer after checking.

    Hope this information is useful.

  • Windows 7 Administrator account cannot change password ("the password entered is incorrect")

I have a user account on my computer. This is an administrator account. I can connect with my administrator password and I am in this account as I write this. When I try to change the password in the control panel-> user accounts-> change your Windows password I get my password for the existing administrator and then the new twice, but I get the error message "the password entered is incorrect. Please re-enter your current password. »

    • I entered the current password is the correct (otherwise I wouldn't be connected to the account).
    • I made repeated tests, so I can exclude typos
    • the caps lock is disabled

How can I work around this problem to change my password? "Current password" means something other than the password I used to access my account?

Is it possible to display the version of distorted of the password so that I can use it when you change the account password?

There is no way to display an existing password.

To dig a little deeper, I suggest you do this:

    1. Create an alternative admin account. You should have it anyway, even that you have a spare House key, because you'd be in diabolical trouble, if something went wrong with your one and only the admin account.
    2. Test the alternative account.
    3. Play with the password for your existing account. If you get locked, use the alternative account to reset the password.

You say, apparently, there are several "list of Trojan horses. Even if

There was. Microsoft Security Essentials is a good anti-virus, but

So, it looks like you're still infected and at this point, your only

  • License key of Windows 8 could be disabled due to the too many facilities VM, which no longer exist?

When I try to install/download Windows 8, and he asks me my license key, it says it cannot connect to internal. From what I can understand online, that it is a way of saying the license key has been disabled on the end of Microsoft, probably due to too many uses of the same key.

It is true that I used my license key for the installation of lots and lots of Windows 8, but that's because my installation of Windows 8 kept getting brick and I kept having to remove the old VM and reinstall it in a new virtual machine. I did not find much later that it was because Parallels 8 was a buggy piece of * and would also be brick OS X and Ubuntu installs. The only difference is that I was not regarded as a criminal to reinstall OS X or Ubuntu!

Is it possible I can reactivate my license key?

It is unlikely that this is happening, however...

    In Windows 8...

    Run ' slui.exe 4 ' from the command window.
This should start with the activation of the phone.
Choose your city for the phone call, then their dial-up.
Enter the code shown.  It should give you a code to enter and activate *.
If it fails, you can then connect to the customer service, where you can give the same activation sequence verbally to the agent and describe your problem.
They should immediately give you a confirmation at the entrance code and you must be activated.

Make sure you then download drivers installed for the system to work in the environment you chose!
