On my Mac Pro 2013 (with 2015 D700 AMD graphics cards), Bootcamp (10 Windows up-to-date) running, I have problems with the update of the graphics driver this week Bootcamp.

    More precisely:

    * For reading "Star Wars: Battlefront" EA:

    * The game freezes sometimes when she used to never do.

    * Some non-action screens (for example, the dashboard after game) flicker badly.

    * Even after restart again once, graphic poster Apple software update program driver updates that I just installed successfully to be not yet installed.

I hope that this problem is corrected, because I would like to unlock the power of the D700s dual AMD in this machine.   No foolin'

Have you created a Windows system restore point before the upgrade? If so, restore and ignore the update until you get an updated version.

  • HP laptop laptop 15-ac047ne: computer hp laptop. upgrade to windows 10 and graphic driver problems

    Hello.

I have a newly purchased HP 15-ac047ne laptop. Whenever I have let windows automatically updated, update the full operating system for windows 10, I keep losing the Catalyst Control Center as well as the AMD graphics driver (which I noticed because the adapter is gone from Device Manager.) So I ended up back to factory default with windows 8.1 and kept all the automatic updates turned off. In addition, update drivers on this unit is very annoying... so I went here because I'm tired to reset the laptop to factory settings, whenever things get screwed

    Issues;

    1. is there a simple and effective way to get the latest drivers for my graphics card? (AMD Radeon r5 m330 / Intel HD Graphics 5500) The fact that it is switchable does not seem to make the drivers from amd site adapted, so IDK

    2. why dxdiag only shows Intel HD Graphics 5500 and not AMD Radeon r5 m330

    3. should I just turn off the automatic updates (both windows and hp) to maintain the stability of my system?

    Thank you!

We will address the latest first - blocking the MS driver updates.  Follow the instructions in the link to prevent the update of your drivers in Win10 MS: How do I uninstall and updates of block and the drivers on Windows 10

Now, as for drivers, those of AMD is unlikely to work on your PC, because they are not designed to work with computers that have switchable graphics.

The best place to get drivers is on the HP support site. The link is on the page of the HP drivers and software for your PC: http://support.hp.com/emea_middle_east-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-15-Notebook-PC-series/7771404/model/8566519

Note: If the link does not show Win10 when you open it, click change and select Windows 10 in the menu drop-down.

You must install the AMD/Intel switchable graphics high definition of the linked page.

    Good luck

  • Pavilion dv6: graphic driver problems

I recently updated my graphics drivers on the AMD website, which I did not know that at the time, did not fully support the laptop itself. After having done that, I had a problem with playback of videos where in certain circumstances the video would be black but audio would play again. I tried to uninstall the graphics driver that seems to resolve the video issue, but then none of my games would launch at all. Is there a way that I can return the graphic drivers for the basic version where I had not either of these issues?

    Hello:

See if works by running system restore.

Select a restore point created before you tried to update the graphics driver from AMD.

If you are not familiar with how it works, please see the info on the link below.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/restore-system-files-and-settings

If this does not work, reinstall the switchable graphics from AMD/Intel support page driver and the driver of your laptop.

If you are uncertain which one that would be, please send the number of full model of your computer laptop dv6.

  • AY 005tx: graphics driver problem

I bought a HP 15 ay005 tx. It's a BACK Machine. Everything works except thr AMD Radeon R5 330 graphics card. I currently installed windows 10 32 bit on it. I believe that the graphics card does not work correctly. "When I click on AMD Radeon settings, following thr error pop up -" Found. Please AMD graphic Driver not retry afyer AMD graphics card connection. "I tried to update the driver AMd Radeon AMD site too but even after updatinf the problem remains the same. What should I do? Earlier, I had installed Windows 7 64-bit but that majy drivers did not work. So I upgraded to soundcards 10 32 bits. There also switchable 5500 Intel graphics. Help, please.

I have already explained to you, that is the question.

There is no 32-bit graphics drivers for your laptop.

These are 64-bit drivers, and they only work on 64-bit operating systems.

Most 32-bit software applications run on 64-bit systems, but not visa versa and not drivers.

If a 64-bit driver worked on a 32-bit system, it is only because the folder also contained the 32-bit hardware drivers.  A lot do, such as the card reader, wireless, ethernet, etc.

However, 64-bit graphics drivers do not contain 32-bit drivers.

The reason why your memory is limited to 2.44 GB usable is due to having a 32-bit operating system.

The absolute maximum memory a 32 bit OS can see and use is 4 GB

You see 2.44 GB of 4 GB, it's a big part of that went to the graphics for laptop.

  • Windows 7 graphics card problem

I have a HP Envy 17 t 3000 CTO Notebook PC product # LW900AV Every so often I get the message "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" for some time, but has never been able to solve the problem. Then I started getting the blue screen of death which says something about a dump of memory and a driver from memory. Usually I hold down the power button and restart.

Then, while in windows mode the screen got all staticy, to restart, I have the windows logo, then I see a black screen with static in it and never completely, he began. I can go in safe mode without any graphic or other problem.

Go to Device Manager I deleted the driver for AMD Radeon HD 7690 M XT graphics card, then restarted, and it will start and will work perfectly with the other driver (Intel) until Windows loaded another driver for the Radeon driver (I couldn't stop) after the loading screen would be left empty. Nothing found online so far has solved the problem.

Then, I went into recovery and returned to the factory settings. That worked for a few hours, everything worked fine. Then I started to have static electricity once again, until I'm right here where I started.

Can someone tell me exactly what the problem is? Hardware or driver? Why does it work temporarily? Is it possible to completely disable the Radeon driver for good, where it is not reload on reboot? My computer has two graphics drivers (don't know why) is it possible to use the other driver instead (the Intel driver)?

Since it is not under warranty, if I brought a technician is something they can do?

    Thanks for your help!

Looks like're you allowing / victim of a Windows update that includes the wrong video driver for your system.

You could do things to do work things out and later a update of Windows comes with the wrong driver video and things mess for you.  Microsoft does not know what are the best drivers of material (audio, video, network), with your system and often sends the bad and if you don't pay attention to the updates, your system may malfunction.

First let's take a look at what you get when it is broken so that you know what things look like.

Click on the button/ORB start in the lower left corner of your screen. Or, press the button of your keyboard Windows logo.

    In the type box:

    Msinfo32

Select / click msinfo32.exe and the system information dialog box opens.

Click System summary, click on edit, select all (Ctrl-A), copy (Ctrl-C) and then paste (Ctrl-V) the information back here in your next reply.

For information about video drivers, expand components, click view, click on edit, select all (Ctrl-A), copy (Ctrl-C) and paste (Ctrl-V) feedback here.

There will be some personal information (such as the user name and the name of the system), and anything that turns information private for you, simply delete the pasted information.

In the display section, pay attention to / take note of the Version of the driver that you know does not work for example:

15.200.1062.1004 driver version (your going to say something different)

If you have the system to a point where things seem to be working, go back in msinfo32 and also take note of the version of the driver that works.

Then hop out on the HP support site and download/install the driver proper (32/64-bit) from here:

    http://support.HP.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-envy-17-notebook-PC-series/5145668/model/5180699

Then restart your system and return to msinfo32 and check the new display driver version to remember that he has updated and see how things look for and report.

If you did a factory reset, you can use the preinstalled HP Support Assistant to help with the video drivers, or you can download the HP Support Assistant from here:

  • HP pavilion dv6-3299 GRAPHIC DRIVER PROBLEM HD 6550 M

    Hello

I have problems with the graphics driver on my hp pavilion dv6-3299. I installed windows 8, and it seems that windows will not recognize correctly. Graphics card is Ati mobility radeon 6650M. Sorry for the bad English.

    TNX

    swear

If the driver is not supported by HP, then you can not go to it. The only thing I can think of for you to do is push your graphics chip. Windows 8 is quite recent and the upgrade of the operating system can affect material and it is very glitchy. The alternative, I can arrive at this moment is to do a refresh for your computer. I had to refresh my computer when I upgraded to Windows 8, but I didn't know that it would remove all my drivers for my hardware. If you want to update your computer, make sure you know where to find all the drivers for your hardware on your computer. Your sound card driver can be removed, your graphics driver disappears too and that fixed my problem with my card when I upgraded to Windows 8.

  • -Portege Z10t 13 V graphic driver problems and lag with W10

    Hello

    Please excuse my bad English,

I just bought the Z10t A 13V PT 141, with W8.1. This computer works fine on W8, but I want to install W10. I already tried 3 times but each time, the cursor (with the touch pad or mouse) is lagging behind, each movement is jerky and works very well. I tried to see if it was a driver problem and downloaded new drivers from Toshiba for the W10.

I did the same thing with Intel drivers, but for graphics drivers, there is an error message: "a custom computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel driver update utiliy is not able to update the driver. Install a generic Intel driver instead of the driver from the computer manufacturer custom can cause technical problems. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer.

When I'm with W8, drivers are correctly updated...

So I think that the cursor problem is due to this driver problem (I hope so, but I'm not sure). What is the solution? I'M alone with this problem?

    Thank you

    Thomas

    Hello Thomas,.

EXACTLY the same problem here with my uograded Portege Z10t-A-140 to WIN 10.
I also took the same steps and encountered the same problems and no solution.
I find Toshiba after sale customer VERY INEFFECTIVE and disappointing, because it seems no way to get a support PROFESSIONAL from Toshiba on this issue (or any other for that matter).
Note that I absolutely do not consider helping other users on a forum or self-help a form of professional support at all!
    -> Not happy with Toshiba!

    Hello

First of all, it is not advisable to use other graphics drivers. You must use the Toshiba drivers.
I don't know why it happens, but it would be very interesting to know if it happens on the Toshiba recovery image.
However, you can also try to update the BIOS. Maybe it helps, but before starting the procedure to upgrade the BIOS, you should check all details on the update and do not forget that you are using the good BIOS.

  • HP 250 G3: Graphic driver problem

HI, this problem is literally driving me crazy: I recently bought a laptop very nice and cheap: HP 250 G3 professional laptop. The laptop was very cheap because it came without an operating system, but it was not a problem for me because I already had my own. Now, after I installed Windows 7 32 bit, I had and service pack 1, I went to the HP site to look for drivers, only to find out that they are only available for the 64-bit system. For some of the components, I managed to find the drivers online. However, I can not install those Intel HD graphics card. I tried everything, downloaded a lot of different versions of the driver, tried to install manually from the Device Manager, but all I can see there is the standard VGA and spare no effort to update did not work: the .exe file tells me that I have no required system, so that when I do it manually it tells me that the appropriate driver has been installed. In addition, the HP utility cannot detect any driver, chipset or anything like that. Please help me and tell me that the only way is to install a 64-bit version of the operating system, which sucks!

There is only one driver in the world who might work, and it took me awhile to find it.

This one... Download, unzip and run the exe to install.
