Hello
I recently bought a new laptop refurbished and I have a problem from the appointment. I bought the laptop yesterday. It's a Sony Vaio Fit 15 E, 64 bit with 8 pre-installed Windows. There are times when I get a blue screen with a sad face that just explains that an error has occurred, the error is: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (tcpip.sys). It mainly occurs when I try to use torrent software. I did the excessive thread lurking on the various sites looking for a solution to the problem but nothing I try works.
Some forums have said it is this need to updated drivers network card, but when I check updates told me I have the latest drivers. Other forums suggest that this is a problem with McAfee drivers interfere. McAfee has been pre-installed, but I uninstalled all McAfee products manually and then used Development to remove all McAfee software are still hiding on the laptop which, according to him, has worked. I installed Malwarebytes and AVG also and I tried to remove them and try again to see if it was the issue, but even when deleted the error kept appearing and the computer crashing.
I don't really know what is the cause and every time I try a suggestion from other sites they do not solve the problem. I downloaded the minidumps on my laptop here down, however I don't know how to read or do analysis. Is there someone who would be able to help me?
The Minidump files: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B3gAlOZ6dvu8MG5LWjh5cHFQOG8&usp=drive_web
Thank you
Roisin
Hi Roisin,
All attached files of the DMP are the bug check DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1) .
This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory with a high IRQL.
A driver tried to access a pageable (or that is completely invalid) address while the IRQL was too high. This bug check is usually caused by drivers who used a wrong address.
-FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0xD1_tcpip + 138ac3
^^ tcpip.sys is labeled as the fault, but it is not the real cause of the accident. There is something of cause of NETBIOS conflicts. In addition to debugging shows the crash of coherent process following each crash dump:
-Nom_processus: mbamservice.exe
^^ Malwarebytes.
That being said, AVG is at the origin of conflicts with Malwarebytes. Regardless of whether you're a suite antivirus and the other is antimalware, both are active protection and try to install their interceptors to the kernel for analyzing critical data. Because of these two active protection software tries to do this, the conflicts are happening.
--------------------
Remove and replace AVG with built-in Windows Defender from Windows 8 for temporary troubleshooting purposes, as it is in conflict with Malwarebytes:

If you you do not want to lose any data, make sure you take a backup on removable media before trying to solve the problem.
Select Start, run, type cmd and press ENTER. Type "chkdsk c: /f /r" without the quotes and press ENTER. Make sure you include the spaces indicated. Enter Y when asked if you want to run chkdsk on restart the computer. Quit and then restart the computer.
Marking bad sectors on a hard disk takes time so be patient. Delimiting does not repair a defective sector. He places pointers to the reader by saying the system not to read or write to these areas that have been damaged.
If the number of defective sectors continued to increase after using the procedure above several times, then you should replace the disk. If an important system file is written to a bad sector, you can corrupt the registry hives and lose the entire contents of the disc.
However if have run chkdsk you not see more new bad sectors, then the reader can work for you for years.
What is your computer brand and model? You have a Windows XP CD? It's a detail. Generic OEM or OEM brand copy. Suppliers of computers brand often give users a copy of Windows to a recovery partition. That applies to you?
Take a look in the system log in the errors and warnings event viewer and post here the copies. Do not post on more than 48 hours ago.
You can access event viewer by selecting Start, Control Panel, administrative tools, and Event Viewer. When searching for the meaning of the error, information about the event ID, Source and Description are important.
A tip for posting copies of error reports! Run Event Viewer and double-click the error you want to copy. You will see a button resembling two pages. Click on the button and close Event Viewer. This places a copy of the report to your Clipboard. Paste it into the body of your message. Make sure that it is the first dough right out of the event viewer.

Hi William,.
Do you receive an error message or error code?
Blue screen can be caused by hardware and software issues.
Try the following and see if it helps.
Method 1:Try to uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers and check if it helps.
Uninstall a program: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Uninstall-or-change-a-program
Install a printer: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows7/install-a-printer
Download HP drivers and software - specify product name

Notes:
Running chkdsk on the drive if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data can be lost.
When you perform the system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you have installed are removed.
Before you perform the upgrade on the spot, I would recommend you to back your files using windows backup.
Note: I suggest you to provide us with the Mini Dump files to get a better understanding of the issue.Follow the steps to copy the contents of the minidump files:
(a) copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location or anywhere on your machine.
(b) zip copy.
(c) attach ZIP archive to your message by using the button (attachments) "trombone".

Procedures easier to transfer files and folders, is to remove the hard drive from the XPS 410 and you use a similar USB adapter then attach the hard drive to a USB port on a work computer, then try to transfer the files and folders that him.
Note: Only the data files and folders can be transferred, the programs, utlities and applications need to be reinstalled from their CD or downloaded from the website of the Publisher.

Satellite L675D: Blue error screen after upgrading to Windows 8
Hello
I recently updated my laptop to Windows 8 Toshiba and whenever I use it, after 5-10 minutes, I get a page of the Blue error screen and restart the laptop.
The problem is really annoying.
I discovered that if I plug the battery charger, the phone works normally, but I want to solve the problem correctly.
What should I do?
I m wondering about your model of laptop. What cell phone do you have exactly?
Regarding your question:
I would like to get this right, with the battery it works ok, but when the AC adapter is plugged, it crashes? What happens when you connect the front adapter from the laptop would be turned on?
How have you installed the Windows 8? Move the laptop Win 7 to Win 8 or have you installed Windows 8 clean system?
Are installed all the drivers Toshiba Windows 8?Another idea:
Go to Windows 8 Device Manager and uninstall the device called compatible ACPI control method battery
Restart the machine and check how it works. -
Windows XP will not load past the Blue error screen
Hi, wondering for a while if someone can help me...
My xp system will not load past the Blue error screen that is displayed when the computer stopped suddenly or inadequate.
No matter what are the measures that you choose to take (safe mode, the most recent configurations... etc) the system will just beyond the blue screen on the windows logo download page, where the loading bar moves about 10 seconds before returning to the blue loading page.
So far I have tried to leave the computer as long as an unused months while I was abroad, remove the battery for varying amounts of time and leaving the computer as long as a day.
In the absence of a recovery disk, I have no idea how to do to return to the form and would like to receive advice or suggest, keeping in mind I'm not a computer genius (if had'nt you may have guessed). Preferably, without losing my element pictures and videos stored on the hard drive, but it's just preference.
Thank you, Jay
Hello
It does not seem good friend if the Windows operating system does not start even using safe mode, then I don t think you will be able to run the operating system without new OS reinstallation. :(
To back up data from the HARD drive I recommend that you connect the internal HARD drive to external USB HDD controller and a backup of the HARD drive on another computer.
Then you could try to reinstall the operating system on your laptop using the Toshiba Recovery CD
See you soon

Windows XP Service Pack 2 is installed correctly, and then on reboot I get a blue error screen or green.
The only way that I could finally restart, was safe and then I restored to before I installed SP2.
WinXP SP2 must have been installed more than four years ago.
If you haven't installed SP2, you could not possibly have a functional application of the antivirus installed so see...

Blue error screen Windows 8 - Code 0 x 0000001
Hello
I turned on my PC yesterday and it displays a blue screen error with the details below
Recovery
Your PC could not start properly
After several tests, the operating system on your PC could not start, so it needs to be repaired.
Error code: 0-xC0000001
You will need to use the tools of recovery on your installation media. If you don't have any installation (such as a disc or USB) media, contact your system administrator or the computer manufacturer.
Press Enter to try again.
Press F8 for startup parameters.
If I press Enter to try again, the Windows logo with points appears briefly before the screen goes black and nothing seems to happen.
If I select F8 and try to start safe mode I get a pop-up box "Windows is unable to complete the installation in Mode without failure. To continue installing Windows, restart the computer. »
Yesterday, I was able to get the recovery options where I chose Restore (not too worried for my files at this point) and the screen showed he was recovering but when it reaches 100% it went to a black screen and nothing happened for a long time. Now it's back to the Blue error screen.
I have no installation media but I do not have a backup of my files and I think that partitions etc. on a USB key.
Can someone help me with this?
Thank you
Hello
Thanks for posting your query on the Microsoft Community.
According to the description, I understand that you get a blue screen with an error code.
This could be due to corrupted display drivers or system conflicts.
I suggest that you want to run Startup Repair by using the installation media.
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media
Try to repair the Windows 8 Windows recovery environment installation media boot (WinRE) and check.
To repair boot on your computer, follow these steps:
a. Insert the media (USB or DVD) and restart your computer.
b. press the F12 key (usually it's F12, but it may differ between computer manufacturers) and choose the drive in which you inserted into the installation media.
c. once the Windows Setup window appears, follow these steps:
d. click Next and select repair your computer.
e. you will see an option to choose and then a blue screen. Choose the Troubleshooting option and select Advanced options.
f. you can choose StartupRepair of the advanced boot option.
(g) follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Startup Repair.
Once connected to your system, I suggest you to install the drivers to display on the manufacturer's website and check if that helps.
Hope this information helps. Please let us know if you need any other help with Windows in the future. We will be happy to help you.
