Went to Start - devices and printers, found three printers instead of one year, removed the two copies and who has also removed the two unwanted icons in the systray. Now, everything's fine.   After a restart of my computer I have more a start menu bar or icons on my background.  Things seem to work ok most of the time, but my pc hangs on the blue screen more than before.

  I tried to reset my computer to a previous point of reset but my help and support option does not work and when I use the option in the advanced start-up splash screen it appears that it nothing happens because I find myself with the same State of no start bar or the desktop icons.

  I also tried to start my computer in safe mode, but it hangs and never completes the operation.
