  I tried to install & uninstall, both in mode ADMIN I have never make it past the installation attempt, it goes directly into the error message. Adobe Flash installed before, I had, but Youtube and other sites Web ask you to update and since then, no flash. I think I've tried almost all suggestions of troubleshooting the ADOBE forums and even displayed in the Adobe site and they said:

• Uninstalled Windows 10 after hardware problems. After using the option to uninstall using Windows 7 Adobe Reader has disappeared and I can't install it.

  I have upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and after a few hours I decided that I didn't like it particularly because of hardware problems. When I went back to using Windows 7 I realized that I had Adobe Acrobat reader and that I could only open PDF in my browser. In addition to this, I can not re - install Adobe Reader.   It could be related to ActiveX filtering, too. Adobe Flash seems to work on IE only with ActiveX filtering disabled (I also have these messages, they never appear on Chrome or other browsers who do not share this security feature).

  Java and Silverlight are two completely different programs, have nothing to do with Flash Player.

  Flash Player is a browser plugin and will not appear on a start - search Adobe programs.  It appears in Control Panel > Add Remove programs.
