Windows Live Movie Maker audio removal.

So I decided that I was going to start making videos of YouTube, games. I use Windows Live Movie Maker to make my montages and everything for my videos. My problem is, my Raw files sound film very well, I hear my friend on the video and I can hear my voice, but when I put it in Movie Maker, my voice is silent, you can't hear it at all and I was wondering if anyone knew how to solve this problem. D:

How can I find what kind of video file is right now?

  • audio is lost when the video is imported in windows live movie maker but works when it is open in windows media player.

audio of my video is lost when I import into windows live movie maker, but can be heard when played in media player. video is from jvc camcorder handy, file type is: MOD (video clip)

Just because a file is played in Windows Media Player
does not ensure that it will be compatible with the film

Maker. Might be worth trying to convert MOD files
before you import into Movie Maker WMV format.

Perhaps the following links will propose a few ideas:

Use. MOD with Windows Movie Maker files

How to edit JVC. MOD files in a few easy steps

How to convert AVI files to Movie Maker MOD files
    http://www.ehow.com/how_5854160_convert-AVI-files-Movie-Maker.html

There are many programs that can do conversions...
The following freeware is an example...:

(FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
Restore point before installing software or updates)

    Format Factory
    http://www.videohelp.com/tools/Format_Factory
    (the 'direct link' is faster)
(the file you want to download is: > FFSetup260.zip<>
    (FWIW... installation..., you can uncheck
('all' boxes on the last screen)

First, you will need to decompress the file or just open the
Drag FFSetup260.exe out of the folder
and drop it on your desktop. To install left click.

Next, after the download and installation of Format
Factory... you can open the program and
left click on the toolbar, the "Option" button and
"Select an output folder to" / apply / OK.
(this is where you find your files after they)
    are converted)

Drag and drop your video clips on the main screen...

Select "all to WMV" / OK...

Click on... Beginning... in the toolbar...

    That should do it...

    Good luck...

  • WINDOWS LIVE MOVIE MAKER KEEPS GLITCHING

    Hello:

I made a few videos with Windows Live Movie Maker. I have not had any problems, makes them, actually, it went very well. However, after the publication of the video and play it back, it ALWAYS glitches, starts 'paste' and sometimes stops working altogether, then resumes playback of the video. This problem occurs especially when I play the video in full screen. Sometimes, even when I play on the small screen. Can I do to stop this glitching? Would it be my OS, my computer, or if I need to download a new version of Live Movie Maker? I've had my computer for a while (2008). Could it be the problem?

Would appreciate any help you can provide.

    Thank you

    R. best

Probably depends on the format, playback or recording...

However, Windows vista supports windows media encoder 9 series. Try

Download of the microsoft encoder encoder, select this option to convert «»

audio/video", select the file, the encoder run auto...

See Add coder/ons, a number also exist. Vista is the latest OS to support

the Encoder 9 series, this is a great software for windows...

I did several movies using Windows Live Movie Maker and have never experienced a problem.  However, I am now recording a movie I created and the 28% saved, the program says "Windows Live Movie Maker does not" and I get a code error 0 x 80070057 telling me that I need to find or fix the missing files.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the program; I ran large virus scans and removed all the files quarantined viruses.  I would like to know what you suggest I do to fix this problem.  Thank you.
