  According to Walter, Microsoft Windows Vista comes with Media Player 11. So please could you clarify the application you are using? The version you gave I guess maybe it is Windows Movie Maker.   In Windows Media Player. When I try to go to the library of configuration, I always get this error message:

  I had problems starting Windows Media Center for about 2 weeks.  The guide does not download, I can't watch TV, sports listings are up to date.  The recorded TV library is emprty even thought there are records.  The message I get is registration Componen failure - some of the files needed to play radio or video are missing or damaged.  Record of components Windows Media Center may have failed.  I used the set up to restore the default values for media center.  I ran sfc/scannow - found errors that could not be fixed, but I do not understand newspapers.

• Windows Explorer freezes in Vista Home Edition

  Windows Explorer stops working when moving the files from one folder to another, removing files, when I put something in the trash. It comes from the dialog box showing how much time remaining. I have to do a Ctrl, alt, delete to open the file manager and then select end task. The files are where I put them, but the dialog box will remain forever!

  Often, a certain instability in Windows Explorer is due to the defective shell extensions and addons.
  Consider using Sysinternals Autoruns or ShellExView. Disable Add-ons and non Microsoft shell extensions and verify the behavior.  If he went, reactivate the disabled extensions/add-ons, one at a time and see if you can identify who may be liable.

  Try a clean boot, or boot into safe mode.  The behavior persists?

  I have a few probs with windows media center in vista Home premium sp2.  I live in perth WA.  I was wondering if anyone has any ideas.

I have 2 screens side by side, I like to watch TV (dvd - t) on one and do other stuff (net, etc.) on the other at the same time.  When the library is running Live tv on a screen, it locks the cursor on the screen.  To get back on the other side, I have to press the button "start".  How he's going to glitch, and then resume.  When its like that I am unable to use the remote control on the media library?  Is there a way to tell the media library I have 2 screens or another fix?

When you watch live TV on Media Center, there is no information available for each channel, IE, the name of the program, whats next and when he finished ect.  But when I look on my receiver not expensive that this info is usually shown?  It may have something to do with there is no guide available for my zip code, 6163?  Is there a solution?

  I would like to use the software that came with my tv tuner card, but it is very unstable.  So I find myself with the media library.

  Steve gave you the news on ALT + Tab, but you can also use the Windows key to do the same thing to release the mouse cursor.
  You can use ALT + ENTER to switch to full screen.

  ·         Since when are you facing this problem?

  ·         Remember to make changes to the system until the problem occurred?

  How to get Vista recovery Media or the Vista recovery Partition on your computer back to factory settings.

  There is no Vista free download legal available.

  Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

  Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
