    Hello

I recently bought a Dell coming 8 Pro 32 GB tablet.  Everything is working fine without any problems, but then just the other day I couldn't access is no longer the windows store.  It is just stuck to the green at the loading screen and never changes.  I tried wsrest.exe, but that did nothing.  In addition, and I don't know if they are related, I read that windows store problems can come from need to install windows updates.  So I tried to open the Windows updates, but I can't access any option, whenever I click on something it just freezes.  So I don't know what is happening!  If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I too have had the same problem but have managed to solve. I went in desktop and accessed the control panel. Click system and security, then under windows update click on ' check for updates '. Once done, it should tell you that you have updated and click on install. Let it do its thing and when it asks to restart so and once rebooted, and all updates installed the windows store should work again that how I got mine will once again. It will be useful.

I had this problem too. Here is how I fixed it in about 3 seconds.

1.) by scanning in the right and type "WSReset.exe" (without the quotes) in the search bar.

2.) click on the application that appears. It will look like a Windows Store icon.

BAM... done. I hope this helps!

I have no day my computer, nor have I received error messages. I could scroll down and browse the store but it was insensitive to all clicks I did, so I was not able to download/update anything

    Hi GESH78,

-You are able to access the Internet outside of Windows Store?

This issue may be caused if you are using the proxy settings, incorrect settings or store waiting for update needs to be installed on your computer. I would suggest trying the following steps and check if it helps.

    Step 1:

Install all pending Windows updates and check if it makes a difference.

    To check updates

one) open Windows Update in Control Panel by dragging it from the right edge of the screen, type Search (or, if you are using a mouse, pointing to the top right of the screen, move the pointer of the mouse down and then clicking Search), get into Windows Update in the search box, by typing or clicking on settings and then type or by clicking install optional updates.

    (b) in the left pane, press or click find updates, and then wait while Windows searches the latest updates for your PC.

    (c) if updates are found, tap or click install updates.

Read and accept the terms of the license and then press or click Finish if the update requires it. You may be prompted for an administrator password or to confirm your choice.

    Step 2:

I suggest you delete the Windows Store cache and check how it works.

    (a) press Windows + R logo

    (b) type wsreset.exe in the run window, and then press ENTER.

    Step 3:

    Disable the proxy connection

If you use a Proxy connection, then try to disable the proxy connection and check.

Follow the steps to turn off the proxy connection.

  • I have a problem with the Windows Store updates.

All of a sudden the app store came with updates for 4 items, the observer of the team, finance, travel and news. First of all, I don't have to install outside the viewer of the team.  So I install all updates of four, and then uninstalled, finance, travel and news. Then they cam right back up as updates in the store windows again. Windows store needs an update.

There is not need to troubleshoot... this question is server-side, no amount of troubleshooting/patches help right now, see the thread I posted above and read it

In addition, Windows Update has nothing to do with the update of the modern applications, they do not automatically install it, this will change in Windows8.1 (apps will be able to update automatically)
