Windows tells me I need a fix that they sent me Microsoft Agent problem
395039_intl_i386_zip.exe when I try to open the fix, he says that it is not applicable to my computer. It is the problem of Microsoft Agent. What should I do?
Hello
the i386 version is for a 32-bit Windows 7 (x 86). If you have a 64-bit Windows, you must ask the x 64 Version of the fix!

I had problems with the Internet. After many trials and tribulations, I was able to come back.
I received three calls from someone who told me that microsoft has noticed activity too in my computer about this issue.it asked this company to fix the problem. They tell me that it's a company that has been commissioned by Microsoft to do the job.
They called me three times. The first time, they tell me that they are based in California. The second time the same person recalls. Today, some calls from New York. WHST is happening?
Phishng scam!

Anyone has any experience with the aforementioned company? They contacted me by phone, saying that they are working for Microsoft. When I asked the guy on the phone he becomes condescending, flippant and unprofessional, and I sopped the call and, above all, its connection to my pc. Is that bana fide company? Any comment please?

Don't know why, but my read mail is automatically deleted if I go into inbox sent, deleted or any other box in Windows Mail. Can anyone help me please with the steps on how to change this back?
Nevermind, I searched again and found my answer!
Do not worry. It is not deleted. While in the Inbox: view the current view. You want to uncheck: Hide the Read Messages and show all Messages must be the only option checked. Bruce Hagen

Scam phone calls re malware indicating that they are "Microsoft."
Hello I get a series of scam phone calls indicating that they are of "microsoft" and say that I have a problem with my computer. The numbers on the caller ID of the phone are: 002133333206, 003105999211, 002532362020, 002063971113, 003606339006, 0013212000143 and 001753615204. They also asked me similar question such as if my computer is turned on and that it /she (because sometimes it's a woman's voice and, sometimes, a man's voice) can fix it. I always tell them that I'm not interested in such a way they cling fast to the phone. Can you please review?
