  Don't know why, but my read mail is automatically deleted if I go into inbox sent, deleted or any other box in Windows Mail. Can anyone help me please with the steps on how to change this back?

  Do not worry. It is not deleted. While in the Inbox: view the current view. You want to uncheck: Hide the Read Messages and show all Messages must be the only option checked. Bruce Hagen

It sounds like a crowded call center and they can tell me their name and they tried to set up a remote entry on my computer. That's when I hung up. Is - this legitimate because what it really looked like a trick.
