When Live Mail automatically checks for new messages, or when you try to refresh to check for new messages, direct mail is going thru checks all files, etc. but when it comes to update the calendar, he hangs up at this time and that it will not end. The only solution is to close out of Windows Live Mail and restart the program. Partition is when you run a Dell with Windows XP, all updates are current.

The Windows Office live mail does support the rules of message for mailboxes IMAP mailbox?
If not, then someone can advise on alternative e-mail client which takes support the feature. I know Thunderbird that supports this feature, but Thunderbird doesn't have the feature of autofill dropdown as gmail address (where it lists all e-mail addresses containing the alphabets typed in any part of the identification of email).

  • Windows Live Mail crashes when you reply.

It comes to Windows Live Mail Version 2009 (Build 14.0.8089.0726) running under Vista/64.  Recently, to meet some incoming mails, WLM "Calera" for 15 or 20 seconds.  What is happening is: I double-click on a message and it appears in the reading pane.  Then I click 'Reply to all' or simply Ctrl + R for an individual response.  This transfers the incoming message for the written component and should show a cursor flashing above the received message.  But what is happening is that the writing pane opens with the message embedded in the top of the Panel and no blinking cursor.  After that the second of 15-20 period, the message falls where it belongs and the cursor appears.  Everything is fine then.  Could there be any property of these incoming messages that would cause WLM for this?   Second posting this message, first one disappeared from the system).

  • Mail crashes when the address begins with 'j '.

    Hello

When I opened a new mailwindow in AppleMail and start typing that address whitch starts with the letter j, the program crashes.

Any other letter works very well.

It is possibel to trigger the crash over and over again.

So far, only solution is to copy and paste the address.

Please launch the Console application in one of the following ways:

☞ Enter the first letters of his name in a Spotlight search. Select from the results (it should be at the top).

☞ In the Finder, select go utilities ▹ of menu bar or press the combination of keys shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.

    Step 1

For this step, the title of the Console window should be all Messages. If it isn't, select

SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ all Messages

in the list of logs on the left. If you don't see this list, select

List of newspapers seen ▹ display

in the menu at the top of the screen bar.

In the upper right corner of the Console window, there is a search box to filter. Enter the name of the application crashed or process. For example, if Safari has crashed, you would enter "Safari" (without the quotes).

Each message in the journal begins with the date and time when it was entered. Select the messages since the time of the last fall, as appropriate. Copy to the Clipboard by pressing Control-C key combination. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command + V.

The journal contains a large amount of information, almost everything that is not relevant to solve a particular problem. When you post a journal excerpt, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.

Please don't dump blindly thousands of lines in the journal in this discussion.

Please do not post screenshots of log messages - text poster.

Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.

    Step 2

In the Console window, clear the search box, and then select

DIAGNOSIS AND diagnostic USE information reports ▹ user

(not diagnose them and use Messages) in the list of logs on the left. There is a disclosure triangle to the left of the list item. If the triangle is pointing to the right, click it so that it points downwards. You will see a list of reports of incidents. The name of each report begins with the name of the process and ends with ".crash". Select the most recent report on the process in question. The content of the report is displayed at right. Allows you to copy and paste to validate all of the content, text, not a screenshot.

I know that the report is long, perhaps several hundred lines. Please report all this anyway. If the report is only a few lines, make sure that you have disabled the search box.

If you don't see any report, but you know, he had an accident, you have chosen diagnostic and using the list of Log Messages. INFORMATION on the USE of DIAGNOSTIC AND choose instead.

In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you change the UUID ' anonymous, ' a long string of letters, numbers and dashes in the header of the report, if it is present (it cannot be). "

Please do not post other types of diagnostic report - they are very long and rarely useful.

When you post the journal excerpt or the accident report, you might see an error message on the web page: "you have included content in your post that is not allowed", or "the message contains invalid characters." It's a bug in the forum software. Thanks for posting the text on Pastebin, then post here a link to the page you created.

If you have an account on Pastebin, please do not select private in exposure menu to paste on the page, because no one else that you will be able to see it.

  • Live Meeting crashes when the application sharing or desktop

    Hello

My company, IT made me update my operating system of the old, reliable XP to Windows 7. Since that time my Live Meeting does not work correctly. I can set up a meeting, I can connect to any other meeting, but I can't share an application or a desktop. When I do this, the application closes without reporting an error. Interestingly, at this very moment, my desktop theme returns to that standard.

I have also a system error asking me to save and open a launch.rtc file, but I have seen that there is a fix for this in the FAQ that I will apply. I don't think that this is related to my major problem.

HE have already uninstalled my Live Meeting installed back again, reinstalled all the add-ins, downloaded all the latest fixes and patches of the MS web page, reinstalled my MS Office. Nothing helps.

Google told me that someone already had this problem somewhere in the world, but no solution has been provided.

Help, please. In my work as a Live Meeting is a key application that I use...

    Thanks in advance!

Hi, I found the solution to the problem myself - navigation on the net...

I had to change the color on my standard computer (Nothing fancy like Aero) profile. It helped!

Therefore, no answers will be necessary. I hope this will help someone.

  • Windows 7 Live Mail Exchange... file extension?

Is there a setting for Windows 7 to prevent it from changing a file extention (attachments), for example, the file name "boxes... xls '... Windows XP and Vista will leave the only extension and allow you to open with Excel.  When sent to Windows 7 Live Mail, it chages the extension of file 'boxes... '. "xls" to "boxes._xls" and not allowing it to be open.  I can save this file and then rename it and it opens fine...?
