  Nirmal S, thank you.  System Restore did the trick.  I restored prior update checkpoint and then the system automatically re-installed the latest update (which is one I had a problem with).  Problem solved!  My computer working again 'normally '.

  If the SFC was not able to repair files then the best thing to do is to reinstall Windows.  You can try running a disk error check, if it fixes all of the problems, and then rerun the SFC and then install and run the System Update tool.  If there is still a problem with the SFC nto be able to complete then you should do a reinstall.

  Wipe the drive and reinstall OS X properly:

  Apparently, installing bluetooth driver through update system does not install it properly.

  So I downloaded the latest driver of Lenovo driver download page, and instead run autorun.exe, I sailed to 64-bit dir and then run the installation program.

  Everything works fine now.

  New versions of Adobe software does not install on top of older versions. They are installed side-by-side, each version in its own folder.

  You can have several different versions of the same software installed at the same time (I have CS3, CS4, CS5 and CS6 available), in case you have old plugins is not compatible with newer versions of Adobe or you simply want to maintain access to older versions for troubleshooting forum or another.

  If you are sure that you will never have need of the CS3 version again, you can safely uninstall them.
