Maybe your screen resolution settings are initially
the recorder window appear smaller. A lower
adjustment would be to enlarge the display of the recorder.

And... the Magnifier may be useful:

Start-up and use Magnifierhttp://www.microsoft.com/enable/training/windowsxp/magnifierturnon.aspx

Or... you can try using the option of narrative in
Windows Movie Maker. Simply open Movie Maker and
Reach... Tools / tell the chronology.

  • Adobe Acrobat CS3 window is not resized

    Hello

I am currently using Adobe CS 3 on a Lenovo X200T with Windows 7 installed.  I have a problem with Acrobat CS3 which I did have with previous computers.  I think all that resize the window is when I open a document in acrobat, it is that size.  I mean, I can resize borders and everything, but it does not follow the document.  By example, if I open the document and it is with windows, and in a corner of the page, and I maximize, acrobat will maximize but the document remains the same, just with a gray border larger to fill the space.  Scroll bars do not move either, so when I do the small window, they sometimes disappear and I can't navigate easily.  The only way to get the window size I want is to resize the window, next to adobe, and then open the document again.

Can I do to solve this problem?

    Eric

I think that CS3 is connected to AA8. If this is the case, you will probably need to update for Win 7. AA9 is the only version currently certified for WIn 7.

  • Bars hidden not resizing fp

    Hello

    I just upgraded to LabVIEW 2013 32 bit (f2 patch installed) on Win7 64-bit.

Since then, at least one of my screws (main application vi) shows the following behaviors:

When running the scroll bars and the menu bar that must be hidden as defined properties are replaced by a white area, but the window is not resized.

This causes the fp to be larger than defined in the properties and look ugly.

An another vi (main vi from another app) shows similar behavior:

It displays the same white area and therefore a fp oversized, but it does only for a second after I hit, and it comes to resizing of the window.

I could not find a difference in the properties of these two screws - now goes to double check.

    Any suggestions?

    Best regards

    Florian

  • set the default recording time in windows sound recorder

Looking for a way to increase the default value to the recording of the sounds found in XP home recorder.  There is no documentation that I can find to the configuration

    Hello

In the default recorder recording time is 60 seconds. There is a solution to increase the maximum recording time. Follow the steps mentioned below:

    Step 1:
    a. utility start Sound recorder.
    b. click on save and then Sound Recorder run for 60 seconds.
    c. once the sound recorder to stop recording, click Save as on the file menu, and name the file Blank.wav.
    d. in order to increase the maximum duration of recording in sound recorder, click Insert a file in the Edit menu, and then insert the Blank.wav file saved in step 3. When you do this,
the maximum recording time is increased by 60 seconds. You can repeat this step once for each additional minute recording that you want to add. For example, for 5 minutes
recording time, insert the Blank.wav file five times.

    Step 2:
To make the tape recorder automatically use the extended length of the recording time:
    a. Click Start and then click Open.
    b. double-click the programs folder.
    c. double-click the Accessories folder.
    d. double-click the multimedia file or entertainment.
    e. right - click sound recorder and then click Properties.
    f. click on the shortcut tab.
    g. in the target box, press END, press the SPACEBAR and type the location of the file Blank.wav.

For example, if the target is 'C:\Windows\sndrec32.exe', and the location of the Blank.wav file isC:\Blank.wav, the new line in the target box is "C:\Windows\sndrec32.exe C:\Blank.wav"

The next time that you start the tape recorder, the Blank.wav file opens automatically. After you save your new .wav file, you can click on remove after the current Position in the Edit menu for
Remove the extra space in the file.

NOTE: when you have finished recording and editing of your new .wav file, save the file with a new file name.

    Kind regards

  • How to get Windows 7 Sound Recorder to record audio from the computer?

I team with my boss and another customer meetings and we want their registered and we use phone calls from Gmail which means that audio is delivered directly through the internet, and Sound Recorder, I found out but I can't record audio only regular computer unless I Plug one wire in the headphone jack that goes to the mic socket who made the impossible phone call since taking mic is already taken.

I saw in Windows help can I change the source to be recorded, but it lists only microphones (one built into my laptop is default).

Is there a way to change the entry from the audio recording of the computer?

My alternative is to find a cable between the MIC and the sound output in order to hear, speak and record at the same time, which I have never seen elsewhere.

I also do this all the time.  All what I have to do to set up the computer for that is: -.

Control Panel, [view by - small icons, if necessary], Sound, recording tab, set Rec. reading * as default device

[* the name of your topic in the recording tab may be different - you just choose the entry that is not a micro device]

Sound recorder will then record sounds coming through the computer.

    - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

If I ever want to record from the microphone, I need to reverse the above setting by:

Control Panel, [view by - small icons, if necessary], Sound, recording tab, set the internal mic as default device

Sound recorder will then record sounds coming through the microphone.

  • Windows XP Sound Recorder [sndrec32.exe] in Windows 7 64 bit?

Utility tape recorder for Windows XP [sndrec32.exe] works in Windows 7 64 bit?

The reason I ask: under XP, I use sound recorder to audition small sound files for possible use as system sounds. No sense to launch a 'real' drive just to play a .wav of 2 seconds.

I know I could use the control panel of sounds and Audio for this (on XP) devices. But it's so convenient to the tape recorder on the Office Park and then drag and drop dozens of files .wav on it.

The sound recorder in Windows 7 utility seems to be on the recording of the sounds, not to play them.

XMPlay is a great and very light .wav player. It starts almost instantly. XMPlay is now my default .wav player replacing Sound Recorder (sndrec32.exe) in earlier versions of Windows. (XMPlay plays too, other formats, including video.)

  • Problems of sound recording in Windows 7

My wife has just purchased Dragon speech-to-text software and try to make it work. When she speaks into the microphone, the software shows that it is to hear his voice (levels bounce up and down with the cadence of his voice), but Dragon indicates that he has trouble hearing.

She then went to Windows Sound recorder and it is very well made. But then in Control Panel, when you go through devices to configure the microphone and try to run this process, he also complains that he cannot hear. Is attached a screenshot of the dialog that appears in this process.

The fact that it works in sound recorder makes me think that the device driver levels levels micro, etc. must be correct and functional. So it's strange to me that the thing in Control Panel does not work as it is also part of Windows.

Any ideas what might be happening here? We have removed and re - detect the hardware and reinstalled the device drivers and none of this has made a difference.

His is an all-in-one machine Acer Aspire running Windows 7 Ultimate.

    Thank you... Rogers

    Hello Roger,.

According to the description, I understand that the microphone on your device becomes an audio input, however, there are problems during the recording of the voice. I will certainly help you in this matter. To better understand the issue, I would like to ask you a few questions.

    1. You use a headset to record the sound?

    2. You have installed all the latest drivers for the computer?

    3. Have you installed an antivirus software?

    4. What Dragon speech-to-text version are you using?

I suggest you test the compatibility of the software with windows 7 to do this, click on the link below:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/compatibility/CompatCenter/home

This problem may occur when there is a conflict with the driver or problems with registration of the components. I suggest you try the following methods to diagnose and resolve the problem.

    Method 1: Recording Audio Troubleshooter

It checks the common issues, for example by ensuring that both a map of his work and a recording device are installed on your computer. To do this, click on the link below:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/open-the-recording-audio-Troubleshooter

    Method 2:

I also suggest you to install the drivers in compatibility mode. By this, you can install a program more former who maybe isn't compatible with your version of windows. For more information on this subject, click on the link below.
