With Acrobat Reader DC can reduce the size of the file?

In previous versions, you could reduce a large file to send. You will still be able to do this in the free account, or all?

Lol who requires Adobe Acrobat. The free version is Adobe Acrobat Reader.

    Hey brianh58711183,

That is right.  Some of the language versions have all the features. I hope that this problem will be resolved in the future updates. During this time as a workaround, you can try using the English version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Alternatively, you can use cloud services to document online at https://cloud.acrobat.com/

  • Zoom in French - to the acrobat reader do not reduce the number of words per line to fit screen

Zoom in French - to the acrobat reader do not reduce the number of words per line to fit as screen micorsoft Word knows to extend this feature is the free acrobat reader - or only exist in a paid product Adobe - and how is - this product called from adobe on its less expensive way for Windows 10 .it.

You don't ask to convert to word. You seemed to ask if you could zoom in on a pdf document and have the text reformatting "As Microsoft Word can do". The answer is higher. Drive abyy fine will not redistribute the text either. Is neither Adobe Acrobat

But you touched kind on your answer. With ExportPDF or Adobe Acrobat, you can convert the PDF file to a Word document that will be redistributed as you want. But this is not a pdf file. It will be a Word document.

    Hi mavisp97650958,

There are two ways to reduce the size of the page: -.

    (1) optimize PDF Acrobat Help. Optimization of PDF files

    (2) Split the PDF split a PDF | Adobe Acrobat DC tutorials

And both the option will work with the application Acrobat products download Adobe Acrobat | Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X, and not with free CD player.

However, you can use the option Send & follow-up to send big PDF files Acrobat help. Send and track large files online using Acrobat Reader DC.

Adobe Reader XI could not change the files. Do you have Adobe Acrobat (not to be confused with Adobe Acrobat Reader)?

If so, you should always have well if you have installed the free player it will open by default pdf files.

Check to see if you still have (or had initially) XI Adobe Acrobat (Standard or Pro) and we'll see if we can get repaired.

When you send the PDF document as an attachment, it will be sent as a document 'stand alone '. It will be open according to the preferences that are set by the receiving party.

For troubleshooting, you can disable the Protected Mode (https://helpx.adobe.com/reader/using/protected-mode-windows.html#id_94783) and see if that solves the problem. If the problem persists, please re-enable the Protected Mode to improve safety.

    Hi Fayet,

Thanks for posting your question on the Microsoft community forums.

I understand that whenever you open an Acrobat application .exe file opens. Let us know if this incorrect. It would help if you could let us know about any changes made to the computer before the show.

There is an article in the knowledge base that provides methods to solve this problem. Check out the link and follow the methods.

  • How to reduce the file size of PDF in a personalized way?

Adobe Acrobat is installed on my Macbook Pro. I plan to buy it. When to convert a Word document or a PowerPoint to PDF it almost doubles the size of the file. I can't find any menu where I can reduce the size of file in a personalized way. There is the button "reduce file size", but clicking on this file size remains large and doesn't not allow any personal reductions. What is your policy on that? Thank you.

  • How to reduce the file size or reduce the document during the conversion to PDF.

I have to download an onlind doc and can't download it if it is in PDF format.  I converted it all right, but they limit the saize equal to or less than 5 Meg file.  The file is a page, and it says it's Meg 6.3, so it won't, except the transfer of files.

    Hi speck300,

If you want to reduce the file size of a PDF document, you must use Acrobat. If you do not have Acrobat, you're certainly welcome to try for http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html. Acrobat Pro, there are several options to reduce the size of the file, including the file > save as other > PDF of reduced size and file > save as other > PDF optimized.

  • Content is not displayed with acrobat reader

    Hello

I created a simple form with Livescycle and even though when I look at the PDF file with adobe reader, I see enough privilege, I can't really save the content.

Basically, I can open the PDF file, fill in the fields, save the document, but when I reopen it the document subsequently, the contents are missing. If I look the same PDF with Notepad, I can see the values next to the field, but the values are not visible in the drive.

You can download the file from this location:

    http://GE.TT/99qsN79?c

I tried many things before making the decision to post a message here but despite my efforts, I am not able to understand where is the problem.

Thanks in advance for your help...

    Kind regards

    Johnny B

    Hi Johnny,.

If you open the form in Acrobat (reader or any what third party Viewer), then you can test to see if the form is activated to drive.

    1. Open the form in Acrobat.
    2. Open the JavaScript Console (control + J).
    3. Paste this into the console and press Ctrl + Enter to run it: appRightsValidate ((), 2, true);
    4. If it returns the signature properties, and then the form is active player.
    5. Otherwise, if it returns an error, the form is not active player.

Your form doesn't seem to be available on Ge.TT, so I can't test. I suspect that your form IS enabled player, but the use of viewers that Acrobat or Adobe Reader is adversely affect the data.

    A form is enabled player:

Form is NOT enabled for reader:

You can get details on the tests of form here: http://learn.adobe.com/wiki/download/attachments/64389123/LiveCycleReaderEnabledDocs.pdf?v ersion = 1 & modificationDate = 1285636868000.

    Niall
