Wonder what effects have been used to do this?

I make a version with a different logo.  Anyway, it * seems * like a relief, but it is not one that I've met before.  Doesn't seem like any of stamping out-the-box emboss options for me.  The gradient is not a problem, except with respect to the stamping.  It looks very sexy, Chiseled, strong that it difficult to recreate the use of gradients House and integrated features emboss (that I know).  Any thoughts?  Thanks, Bud.

It's probably a 3D extrusion of Photoshop with a small amount of active bevelling, items of information to be very reflective and the scene rendered with lighting to base Image which has been properly configured to reflect only the parts on the right blue/violet.  Bevels represent parts of the IBL, giving the polished look.
