WordPad print not as seen on computer

I wrote a simple document, yet find whenever I print that the format has changed a bit, as in aboard in which some text appears. Why is that happening and how can I get to print exactly as it appears on the screen?

Hello

  • Printer not detected by the computer

I have a HP Photosmart c4599 printer and an HP Pavilion a350n computer running Windows XP service pack 3.  I installed a new hard drive to boot, and inadvertently had my printer connected to the computer before installing the driver.  Now, I know that shouldn't be done.  My computer does not find the printer at all, I could find the cause of the problem but not the solution.  How can I get my computer to find the printer?

Finally solved the problem - I bought an Epson.  No more HP for me.

You have tried most the steps mentioned in the document, but please try once more.

Additionally, make sure that you disable the antivirus and firewall programs just to make sure that these programs do not block the detected printer.

Note: You must enable the /firewall antivirus as soon as you've done troubleshooting. If this is not the case, your computer will be vulnerable to viruses.

Why my printer say my appears not connected to my computer

    Hello @momodeda!

Thanks for posting on the HP Forums!

I don't know why the computer does not show the printer offline, but I would be happy to provide help to try and get communicating them again!

The first thing I would suggest is to power cycle all the devices.  Remove the power to the printer, shut down the computer and remove the power to the router.  Wait 20 seconds, then reconnect the router.  Wait for the lights on the router to return.

Plug the printer in and turn on the computer.  Once all devices are back on, try printing again.

If this does not work then I would recommend uninstalling the HP software.  Once the uninstall is complete, it would be wise to perform a cleanup of the computer disk. A disk cleanup will improve the performance of the computer and remove the temporary files that may cause problems during the installation of the software. Once disk cleanup you must restart the computer and reinstall the HP software.

To uninstall the HP software, click here: uninstall the HP software

To perform a disk cleanup, click here: perform a disk cleanup

To download the HP software, click here: HP Officejet full feature and driver software

If please, after back and let me know how it goes!

My mfc 3360C will not scan to my computer.  my ink is almost empty, which would prevent the printer to scan?

    Hi Jmaccoux,

    ·         What happens when you try to scan? You get no matter what error code or error message?

Empty ink does not prevent the printer from the analysis of the files or documents.

Follow the suggestions below for a possible solution:

Method 1: I suggest you to uninstall the currently installed drivers and install compatible drivers with the operating system from the link of the manufacturer provided below. Check if installation of the printer from the link below drivers pass solve you the problem.

    MFC - 3360C

Method 2: If the steps above do not help, unplug the printer from the computer, uninstall the drivers for printer and re - install the same thing again.

    To uninstall the drivers,

    a. open programs and features by clicking on the Start button, click Control Panel, clicking programs, and then clicking programs and features.

    b. Select a program, and then click Uninstall. Some programs include the ability to modify or repair the program in addition to uninstall, but many simply offer the option uninstall. To change a program, click change or repair.

  • Error 0 x 80070035 "[name of the PC] is not configured to establish a connection on Port"File and Printer sharing (SMB)"on this computer".

    Original title: "home network".

0 x 80070035 "[name of the PC] is not configured to establish a connection on Port"File and Printer sharing (SMB)"on this computer".

That's what I get on my ThinkPad when I try to do the networking. I placed all the parameters correctly: all 3 of my computers are set the same. 2 workstations work perfectly. They can even see the laptop but not to open all files. The laptop can, open same network t itself file. But he can see the whole of the network (including a printer, is told by the way). I, ve gone through all parameters twice. I've even set the C drives to share via the menus of context on each computer. I have visited many forums with none even come close to this problem (they all will tell you how to set the network parameters or they get very technical and over my head).

    I tried with & without a firewall.

    No password.

    I use a wired network.

Laptop & 1 desktop computer running vista - 1 desktop computer running xp.

They have all the latest service packs ms & udates.

    Any help will be appreciated.

These files can be opened by norton or lenovo network setting apps. The settings do not work only in the application of network of vista. Nor can I work norton or lenovo from other computers.

PS how can I ensure these settings effect may just lan and do not extend to the internet?

    Thank you bb

I tried new drivers & returned through sharing & permissions, according to Jack, but he was not good. At the level of experience of my computer I can miss something obvious, but I doubt it because I've been very careful in following the instructions. I am experencing other problems with this laptop as well and I'll just get all. I am planing to get back anyway, that's why I needed network. I wanted to Exchange files over the network to avoid having to ' wait & swap "usb drives. Thanks anyway. Thank you BB bb

  • My Photosmart HP 7510 is not recognized by the computer for printing.

It was working fine, until what we replaced our router with a v3 TG797n I have reset the printer and reinstalled the software on the compters several times but it still won't print. During the new printer 'Add' processes on the computer will not find the printer, even using the intellectual property. The printers IP is coming as 10.0.0.34, all printing test through the printer directly arrived as work, connected to the corect network.

When I look at the routers settings it says that he recognizes the device with IP 10.0.0.34, but I have computers (an XP desktop running at the time) and a HP Pavillion Dv6 with Win7 cannot always find and say it should be disabled.

I downloaded and tried all the HP diagnostic tools, and they all tell me that my printer is not activated on/not connected and offer no alternative.

I've had the printer for less than 6 months and already he had replaced with a new one because it was defective, and now it gives me a headache.

In addition, we have updated the Office of Win8 and cannot install printer on that. I checked the lists on this site as to what printers are/are not taken in charge and I didn't know that the HP Photosmart 7510 nowhere mentioned at all.

And as usual, after trying everything (it has been two weeks now to try different things) and then post online for support, trying one more time and it works like magic again.

I downloaded the HP printer, troubleshooting thing once again (the third time) run the wizard and found the printer (the second time), downloaded the drivers rather than using the disc (for the second time, the first time that the installation has failed just a t at the end) and intsead to add the IP address of the printer in step "COnnect network printer", I looked at the user name for the device on my router (HPDDxxxx), and which came to the place.

    ********************************************
    EDIT: 02/11/13

Tried to print something today - once more the computer cannot connect to the printer. Printer is always connected. No parameters had changed since I got it to work.

Why is this happening! I need to print things! Very close to giving up. However, I doubt that I will get a refund of HarveyNorman, because when they test it out it will connect, and that's enough for them not to say 'no refund '. Ugh.
