It is not specific to the Adobe Acrobat/Reader application.

    Your video is just too huge for data plans and the relatively slow connection of phones not LTE.

    Personally, I wouldn't offer it even on a phone (setting containing video to display: block, so it's not an option to download). Maybe give a text link and advise them that it will take a long time on the non - LTE connections.

    Hi my name is Rebecca. Please be patient, this is a long story with a question to which Apple for a month and a half has not been able to solve. The end of February, I went to Sprint to upgrade my iphone 6 to a 6 s. (my 6 had no problem). The backup and restore to the other went off without a hitch. Two weeks having the phone, date and the value automatically switched to a GMT setting which is 4 hours ahead of New York. Assumption is that the phone has been deserted. I got a new phone and everything has been backed up and restored again. Less than two weeks later, the same goes for the 2nd iphone 6 s.  I went to Sprint and got a 3rd iphone 6 s. backup and restored all again. Less than a week later for the 4th time, the new iphone 6 s time and date switched to the time zone GMT 4 hours ahead of New York. At this point, I called Apple Tech support. A very nice tech Jason worked with me for 2 weeks to fix this. He sent Apple a 4th iphone 6s. We did a backup and when the new phone came in did us a restore. A few days later, the same problem. Apple accuses Sprint, Sprint complaint to Apple. At this point, Sprint said that my sim card was corrupted and he sent me a new. On the phone with Jason, we did a reset of the iphone 6s failing manufacturers. Removed the corrupted sim card and put in a new vacuum. Phone restarts and when you get to the Setup screen, it asks "set up as a new user or a user to return. Jason said as a new user.  I clicked on new user. Following her request for an apple ID. Jason said I should put in my existing apple id (although it has been activated on as a new user). At this point the phone wouldn't turn on. On the phone with Sprint. They did not understand as to why the phone would not activate. Jason suggested that I put my original sim card in (which was noted as corrupted), then the active phone. At this stage because I had not done a restore, the only information on my phone now an old backup who had my contacts and some of the notes, images etc. Jason said to do a restore after just 24 hours to be sure of the time and the date stay correct. Not happened. Less than 24 hours, the date and time that is set to automatic changed to the GMT time zone. Jason was out of suggestions. We left him there. I am very angry to pay more than $800 for an iphone that feature very very important does not work. On mine, I restored my phone and thought what I'd do. I then did a backup. I'll stop my icloud. I have reset my builders phone by default and when I went through the whole upward I plugged my phone in itunes and restored my phone from my computer backup. (Icloud is always OFF). Less than 24 hours later at the date and time in GMT area again. Once again, that I have a phone very very expensive with a feature that is vital for me, I can't use. Yes, I could turn the machine off, but I shouldn't do that. So here's my question: Iphone 6, I have not had any problems with my icloud or my sim card or the date and time. 6 s IPhone that I do. I got iphone 4 brand new 6s with the same problem. Is - that my sim card is corrupt and transfer information corrupt, though only it worked fine in my iphone 6? Second question: I don't want to sign up for a new apple id and start from scratch. This will screw up my gmail which is linked to the apple ID. How can I back up my contacts only on my computer and then be able to reset my phone manufacturers by default, then erase all information from my existing apple ID in order to use again, but only restore contacts which is the worst part of transfer phones. Apps and notes, photos and all the rest is not a problem to start from scratch, but contact is almost impossible to have to type each hand one by one. Please someone out there with a solution.     I recently got a HP Probook 650 G2.

    I 'wanted' the Probook for her one of the last phones built with serial port RS-232 'real' on board.

    I also wanted a quad core processor and would never have dreamed that a modern range high processor would double heart.

    BUT... I was surprised that the Core i7 laptop 6600U my new computer processor is only has TWO CŒURS and the cache 4megs.

    Then, when I went to the site of HP to check and sure enough, all i3, i5, and i7 is all dual-core.

    The only exception was the 6820HQ i7, which is a quad core processor, 8megs of the cache and features of the integrated Intel HD Graphics 530.

    I don't know how much better the Intel HD Graphics 530 on Intel HD Graphics 520 which came with my unit.

    Can a person spend power sipping dual core i7 in a muscle stronger, bending, gulping, four hearts, 8 power + megs of processor cache?

    My current motherboard accepts a processor 68xxHQ?

    Should I think with the CPU stronger than using more power than a heatsink / fan different?

    My adapter work?

    The easiest way would be to buy a NEW laptop with the card I want, but it quite late for this.

    This Probook G2 650 was not cheap, and if I go to the boss for more of $, $$$ for another laptop... Well, it wouldn't be nice.

    See the long list of motherboards, each of which includes a processor? You asked if the processor is nested? No, it's not and it's the end of the upgrade quest, unless you traded the motherboard. I guess just the motherboard with i7-6820HQ is going to be well over $ 1000. How about almost $1500?

    Before you throw stones at the 'simple' dual core i7 in your laptop, consider that it carries almost on par with a high range of 4th gen core quad.

    High modern processors of range, especially in laptops, must also take account of energy consumption. Of course, a Quad Core Skylake will be still more than a beast. Video Intel 530 is a minor improvement on the 520 to the execution units, speed of clock and gflops as shown below:

    The graphics of the Iris is where it begins to be significantly better.

    If find you a way to talk to the boss into something again consider the Zbook G3 series. It can be fitted with up to a Quad-Core Xeon, but even those that are welded on. It seems to be the trend. I think that power management got so delicate that it is difficult to prevent the loss of power by any sort of a processor of half-bridge and everything should be as thin as possible for consumers, even cell phones from the muscle work station.

    I could be missing something, but I can't seem to find a solution to this.  Well, it wouldn't be one problem for others, but it's driving crazy me.  After a call, wouldn't be nice if you were returned to the home screen.  I never need to return to the contacts, or, at the very least, the same person I just finished call.  I don't know how many times I've reconstructed accidentally a number because I put just the phone down after completing a call... All solutions with or without hitting the home key after you hang up?

    There is a free application called "don't not call log" which takes care of it.

    Last year, I bought a CC license on at a reduced rate because of my academic position at this time here. Very nice, I love adobe products and I wanted to present to my colleagues. Unfortunately, it is a temporary position and logically, I cancelled the subscription when I left. What was my surprise, yesterday, when I upgraded my computer Windows 10: then, I realized that I still had an active Adobe CC account.  I was certain I have it resign in September. Explanations.

    Let me go in detail, then I have a few questions.


    What's happened is that while creating my CC adobe account, I probably created two at the same time without noticing. Same name, same email, even mobile, even the credit card. Enamel is used to check if you are affiliated with the University and I gave another email in an email (Gmail for me) course. When and how I created the second account is a mystery to me.  In order to have two account, I paid twice without realizing it. This isn't the problem here and I think it will be resolved easily.

    I realized that one account was accessible by my Gmail and the other with my email from the University. In fact, I used the two emails and I had the feeling that they were interchangeable. (I don't know, maybe there is)


    Without doubt, I registered on the American site and the other on the interface in French. It is very strange because any email I use to connect, I'm going to the same account, giving the illusion that there is only one account and two emails are equivalent.

    In September, I cancelled the subscription on the 'visible' account and the account interface takes over this provision.

    The Cloud app do the same, any email that I use to connect, I go to the same account management page.


    I make the assumption that the English site or French make the difference, but I'm not sure about that. I did a new install of Win 10. Then, everything was new and I went to adobe to view the offers, thinking to subscribe again, by default, I went on the site U.S. (usually there is an automatic redirect to the FR site). I was very surprised, I could connect to my account, but not the object of a subscription free and limited but a lot. The details Panel confirmed that I had an account still alive who was automatically extended recently. I check my bank account, and yes there is a line for her. In total, I lost 600.

    My questions are:

    • other people live such strange behavior?
    • does anyone has the explanations why this can happen?
    • How to prevent this?
    • in the case of twins accounts wouldn't be nice to draw attention to one single account that there is another?

    As is clear from what you say that you have some sort of e-mail forwarding (whatever email I have use to connect, I'm going to the same account, giving the illusion that there is only one account and two emails are equivalent) it also seems that when / if (?) Adobe sent e-mail notifications to your different accounts, you saw it all as one... so has not noticed that you actually two accounts with Adobe

    I read that you are not allowed to subscribe to the cloud twice with AN email address (some confusion in what I read on this subject, so I'm not 100% sure that Adobe will BLOCK your second subscription or not)

  • Catastrophic failure in Envy HP dv7 7300

    Although I received a response from HP on an old hard drive on an HP Envy dv7 failure of two months 7300, they once more are unwilling to provide what they call "Award Winning Service".  When HP contacted me about the matter, they said that they were ready to replace the hard drive but could provide home service I paid for.

    I talked to a man by the name of... .to HP this afternoon regarding the failure of this computer after only 2 months.  It is the 3rd computer HP replacement in less than 9 months, he demanded that I return the hard drive failing to HP with reception in the tech support person who must go out and replace the "C" drive   (He eventually found that I had indeed paid for in home service although he can't provide it within the time promised in my initial contract).

    When I told her I didn't have a problem with this as long as I have the opportunity to erase the hard drive of all my personal data, he asked my credit card number.  I told him many things.  1. I agree to replace hard drive but want the erased data.  2. I want the technician to make sure that the second hard drive has not failed as well because the system is now down the second failed drive, and 3.  If there is another failure of any component on this computer in the next few months, then I want insurance that HP will replace the laptop with a desktop computer with the same features better and that it is a touch screen.

    He was not willing to have me erase the hard drive being replaced.  Should no for an answer when it came to give him my card by phone number and he did not have the technology to check the second drive on this computer.  I ran a check of the system and found that both hard drives are a failure and that the keyboard is also marked as failed.  The test system was done using HP on the software.

    Personally, I think that with hard drives and the keyboard are marked as 'failure' that there is another catastrophic failure on this model of computer.  I'm sure that the next thing to fail will be the motherboard.  And why they do not check the food as well as all other components on this computer.

    If you read his email to me below response, you will see that he says that HP has «wins service award»   Really?  I do not trust this person like HP it shows very clearly that they do not ask for information of credit card by phone, nor should provide you if you don't really know who is calling you.  And where they get off asking for a credit card number when it is their problem not mine!

    I am still extremely upset by the way that this whole situation is handled.  I think that technology checking the second hard drive to a potential failure is what premium service is all about!  I enclose a copy of the e-mail sent to me today.

    Really, I need to provide documents about the fact that I have the right computer.  When I talked to the representative of another, it went up to say again, I had to return the 2nd replacement computer and that failures are my fault.  When I told him that he must inspect its records again about the return of the 2nd replacement computer, at last, he replied that he indeed find information, but would not apologize for calling me a liar!

    If it is that HP has to offer to their customers that pay hard-earned money for a product that is supposed to be good and make millions of dollars for the management of the business... so I won't be bound to that name more.

    Wouldn't be nice if I could go on your HP Forum and tell people that HP has done everything in their power to make things right for me as a customer of HP.  Isn't the type of your business deserves positive coverage?  HP used to have the best name in the computer industry and now you have failed miserably in my mind.

    I and ask once more, getting in this area get kicked up a notch to someone who is really ready to listen and do things right once and for all!  Is it so difficult for HP to understand that all I want is a reliable, work computer?

    I last detail... when I told him the frustration of reloading all my software and then having to contact all suppliers for a new license or registration key and have to explain for the 4th time that the computer failed and this is why I plead for a new key, I asked him if he would accept HP as a good faith effort, to offer to send me the new Microsoft Home and Office 2013, he said it might be possible but when it recalled, he said, HP could not offer the product of the most recent because of the cost of the program.

  • iPhone 6 no charge, turn on, show signs of life, etc.

    I got this iPhone 6 for a month or two. It worked completely fine without any problem other than the occasional freeze. Then, today, the screen flickered and restarted. He went on the Apple logo. I have waited, but in vain. It wouldn't resume. I gave my phone to my cousin, who said this had happened to his iPod touch before and knew how to fix it. I'm not sure of what she was doing (hard starting, perhaps?) but it worked and I was able to use my phone again. After only five minutes, he did exactly the same thing. My cousin has worked his magic again. This time, I decided to stop the phone then just leave. It's a little hot here, but we look I thought that the phone could be too hot. So I plugged it in, turn it off, and made my own thing for about twenty minutes. I'm back and turned on my phone. As always, he went to the Apple logo. I waited and it does not restart, it just stayed on the Apple logo. I gave him a Hard Boot and tried to put it on the Recovery Mode, but that has not worked, it just went to a black screen.

    I tried to charge my phone, Hard Boot it once again, but this does not work. I think maybe it's time for a new battery, but keep in mind that there is a new iPhone 6. If it's any help, my old iPhone 6 was a little less than a year when I replaced it an unfortunate accident during a pool party.

    I am looking for a cost-effective solution. Help, please!

    UPDATE: it just went to the Apple logo screen, then he disappeared. Now he scratches as when I it have been damaged by water. WHAT THE DEVIL? He has not touched water at all!

    UPDATE 2: I just started hard and it went black screen. Too afraid of y to touch now. Please help ASAP!

    I'll assume you bought a used phone. If you bought a new phone, you can take it to Apple and they will repair or replace under warranty.     This error has been around since the introduction of game in 2011. Until the database is corrected, there's nothing you can do other than buying the good English version iTunes which is what I had to do. I have a tear in vinyl of the 12 "single from Das model (German version) and it was transferred.

    Wouldn't be nice if the Apple website would give you a choice of which Apple Watch you bought in order to see how compatible the new bands are?

    For example, my Apple Watch rose gold. It'll look good with all the new woven bands? Who knows!

    It would also be good if we could match the pins or loops on the bands of color if our Apple Watch. I know that this means making more strips, but I'm not about to buy a bunch a Barbless rose gold. It's just how I pay attention to the details.

    I can't say for sure, but probably nothing will happen for her.  When my wife got a new iPhone, we disconnected his former service. We went there on a few months later and everything was still there, it just wouldn't connect a data plan or phone of course service. It has worked well for a wi - fi connection.

But there is something annoying thing in the connection. My screen is configured to auto-lock after 5 minutes.

    I was in class and had to take note on my Mac. Does take so some time to write what I write in my note. That being said, I have to login again.

    If Apple sync my iPhone with my Mac, it will be faster again and again with no agitation.
