    I'm on a Mac (OS X 10.10.1) and recently changed the folder name 'users' of my system to something else. I think that I followed all the steps correctly Apple to make sure that my user account name and the directory of the user are in alignment after the change. However, the creative cloud do not update the extension / address of the location to sync files. I went into the preferences of creative Cloud and saw the location of the file ' ' was still announcing the former name for the folder my Mac user. I used the dropdown to select 'Other' and then selected the folder of the newly appointed user. Creative application Cloud then began loading (presumably to restore the sync connection), but then gave me the same error again. When I return in Cloud creative preferences, the location of the file ' ' now shows the newly named good, user folder, but I still get the same error message every time I try to turn on sync. Even with the correct file shown as the 'file location', the error message always refers to the old extension / address of the location of the file.

    How can I get Creative cloud to update the address of the file? He seems to have accepted my change the 'location', but the address of the file itself has not been updated.

    FYI: clicking 'Restore' option does not at all help. It produces just the same pop-up over and over again until I got disabling sync.

    UPDATE: I restarted my computer and went through the same exact process above and now looks be it resolved itself. the error message no longer appears after that I have turn on sync. In my opinion, everything works fine now. Basically, it seems that the solution is to completely reboot your computer.

    I am familiar with price Adobe team ready for businesses because it is so new, BUT if your purchased licenses for each employee working separately you will be able to activate Creative Cloud CS6 on two computers. You will not be able to run programs at the same time, but if you have a work computer and a home computer, you will be able to have CS6 on both machines (even if a Windows and the other Mac).

    Again, the rules can be different for the loan team offer... maybe someone could share a little more information about it?

    Nothing happens when I double click the Setup for creative cloud file and I tried all of the solutions I can think.  Anyone know what could be my problem?  I should also mention that I am on Windows 10 and creative cloud was, until recently, installed and working properly.  I don't get an error message, so I am not able to find solutions in this way.

    SUCCESS!  It was a problem with the application manager.  Problem, I mean that it was not installed.  Once I installed it, installation of creative cloud has been impeccable.  Thanks again for your help!

    I have a subscription to Creative cloud which is paid for my Adobe UK account, but I work in Brussels for six months and want to activate my license on a workstation here in Belgium. The FAQ of creative cloud says that it must be possible, but whenever I try to get a license Photoshop or InDesign using my Adobe id wonder a serial number, so clearly the licensing system does not work in this case.

    There are solutions to this problem? I really need to use my license, and demonstrations will run out.

    I have recently moved from perpetual LR to the LRCC.  To do this, I downloaded and installed the program "creative cloud."  I also downloaded and installed the Psalm I find I have the latest version of LR, but PS 2015.1.2.   I have read many power outages of Adobe FAQ etc, but still problems.  On the one hand, my request for clouds to create does not say "Creative cloud", it's called "Adobe Application Manager."  Even when I redownloaded the creative cloud program, I get the same result.  Many troubleshooting FAQ have to do with the feature on the 'Creative cloud' application, I can't make them on "Adobe Application Manager."  No matter what I do, in the Adobe Application Manager or a manual "Check for Update" in Photoshop CC, it tells me that I am aware of nothing else available.  Yet he clearly also tells me I have 2015.1.2.   I tried signing and return several times.  So my questions: 1) is equivalent to Adobe Application Manager creative Cloud / if not, how can I get Creative Cloud.  (2) how to upgrade my programs?  I know that these are the basis and I searched the FAQ and troubleshooting files without result.  Thanks in advance.

    There is nothing wrong with if your system supports the migration to 64-bit Windows.

    Regarding compatibility, you need device drivers 64-bit hardware devices, you may have. In addition, there is no 16-bit subsystem in Windows 7 64-bit, which means, your applications must be 32-bit only, not 16-bit Installer or programs uninstaller. Also, if you decide to switch to Windows 7 64 bit in the future, there is no way to upgrade from 32-bit Windows, clean install only.
