  I read a few posts on the subject, but can't seem to make it work.  I tried port forwarding, UPnP and DMZ on their own or at the time and the best I could do is get a "open NAT" in modern warfare, allowing me to play online.  However, I do hear not others when you play online.  I can tell they speaking by looking at the icon of speaker beside their name between games, but cannot hear them...  I can hear people in my private chat or part without problem.

  Can you guys help me?  It's hard to read dominance without being able to communicate with his teammates.

  Oh gawd...  I feel like a noob...  It turns out it wasn't my router settings at all.  Somehow, I got my 'privacy settings' in XBOX Live set to "Discuss with friends only" or something similar.  I now opened it at all and it works fine.

  I recommend you check the external HARD disk size in disk management.
  Please enter this option right click 'My computer' icon and select 'manage '. Computer Management opens and there you can choose disk management.

  Make sure that the wired computers are not on the static ip configuration, there is no IP permanently assigned to them. They should all be on DHCP, obtain the IP address of the router. If that's ok. It could be with the fw of the router. I suggest you can reflash but if it does not resolve the issue, reset the router and then reconfigure. Because on the DHCP client table, it should show all the connected devices wired and wireless through the router.

• Wrt54g and Wrt54gl configure WDS, but can't connect to the router

  I tried searching the web and this site but can't find the soluction. Please notify

  Here is the configuration, I installed wrt54gl with dd - wrt standard version running hotspotsystem.  3 wrt54g version 5 with dd - wrt micro configured as client WDS wrt54gl.  After the initial setup I can connect the main router wrt54gl (192.168.1.1) and all 3 routers WDS (192.168.1.2, 3 and 4), but after a few days of tests suddenly I can not connect to 2 WDS routers.

  I want to say I can connect and he will make me to internet but I can not login to stay, he says just the page takes too long to load.  I know that if I do a hard reset and the WDS installation program then it will work, but I don't want to keep doing.  Someone has an idea?  Tried power but cycle anyway, the router does not work.  What is the load on the router made inaccessible?  Any suggestion would be great!

• WRT54GL DROPS WAN

  Got a wrt54gl with tomato 1.23. He abandoned the WAN (cable modem) connection when the modem itself abandoned the connection for some reason; However after the modem comes back online and tomato shows in his page with the WAN connection as 'connected', you still cannot browse the internet. I know that the modem is good because if I connect directly to a computer, I CAN browse AND if I get (off ramp exit/Activ) powercycle the router, things return to normal. I can reproduce the problem by feeding and turn on the modem, which turns into exactly the same results, tomato showing the WAN that plugged in, but with the navigation impossible.

  I've been breaking my head about that person, here is some of the things I've tried:

  -With the help of different routers, I have 4 wrt54gl, some more recent that other, newer is fresh out of the box.

  -Clear NVRAM memory, doing resets hard.

  -The WAN connection is DHCP, tried to "trick" the router static IP, but without being able to navigate.

  -Tried checking the ARP tables, routing tables, ifconfig vlan0 downs and UPS (upon entering the router via ssh). Does not work although the paintings look like exactly the same before and after I have to reproduce the problem.

  -Cannot ping the gateway given by DHCP, even though the routing tables show the path to him.

  -Tried iptables f thorugh the console of the router, no nothing.

  -Tried the firmware linksys of origin, with the same results.

  N ' use is not apps torrent or something like that, just good old web navigation.

  Now I have reduced to problems of communication between the modem and the router WHEN the modem disconnects, for some reason, worth mentioning that I CAN see the modem from the local network by going to its web interface, I can't use internet.

  Yes, Googling, it (and agree with you) I found that there is a timing issue with this SPECIFIC router, but it is not more than that.

  I used the script gateway2 to basically restart the wan (instead of the router itself) when the gateway does not respond to the ping command. I put this in a chron job every minute. It works, but it's not elegant.

  Well, I hope that the most recent routers do not have this problem. I'm waiting for 802.11n to get out (like not really rough). I hope that will be promptly accompanied by openwrt or tomato.

  Out of the object, if the sync problem is hardware related (because I guess it is) how could it not be fixed with open firmware? These 54 were long enough.

  I hope I have explained this clear enough to understand what I have to do.

  I create a multi-page dotted with 0.125 bleed on all sides.  Left and right pages may have different colors headers.  I've created two different masters, and each of them made their own header color.

  If I unchecked the box facing PAGES in document format, and when you look at individual pages, everything looks good - the colors are bled beyond 0.125 as they should.

  But when I check facing PAGES, then it looks like the purge that descends in the middle where the two pages meet themselves throw off.  In the case of the snapshot below, the purge of master C overlaps B master.

  What should I do to fix this so that when I export a PDF file to the printer and add annotations to the printer, the bleeding are aligned as they should be?

  So for a special measure, I put gatetime to 120s. Then, it is expected that the measure needs at least 120 seconds. Yes I'm ag532xx_Read() calling with timeout 125 s (ag532xx_Read (_tmp1, 125000, & _tmp12) .) This doesn't seem to work.

  Debugging in pilot shows he presents AG532XX_ATTR_OPC_TIMEOUT 125000, but ag532xx_WaitForOPCCallback() the viQueryf (io, "* OPC?", '% hd', & opcDone "") times out after 5 seconds and returns an BFFF0015 error, which is remapped to AG532XX_ERROR_MAX_TIME_EXCEEDED in ag532xx_Read().

  Wouldn't be that there is a Code, which must set the timeout for the viQuery(), is missing in WaitForOPCCallback()?

• E2500 as DNS server?

  Hello. Just managed to replace a WRT54GL with E2500 as my main router. Everything went great and the installation of the new router was pretty easy. Everything just works.

  Except for one thing: the new router does not act as a DNS server on my network. Therefore, my network shares do not reconnect and I cannot ping the machines use their network name, only their IP addresses.

  Run the ipconfig/all command shows 192.168.2.1 as my default gateway and DHCP server, but not as a DNS server.

  I am sure that my 'old' WRT54GL acted as my DNS server

  How can I configure it so? I looked through all the pages in the web UI, but could not reach an agreement. I also searched this forum and the user guide.

  Can someone help me?

  Hello and thank you for taking the time to answer. My problem was solved otherwise - I think that Windows provides name resolution, I don't need a router to do. Change the router has created a new 'network' and I had to log in as administrator for all win7 machines and inform windows that this network was a home network. This fixed my problem.

  The purpose of having the Bill on the router as a DNS server is to translate my LAN IP addresses into host names. In this way, I can communicate with the machines on my local network by name.

  With the help of 'ipconfig/all' get DNS servers registered - with my WRT54GL, content of my list of servers DNS 192.168.2.1, which is the IP address of my router. The new router does not appear in the list of DNS servers.

  In any case, my problem is solved. Thanks for your help.

• How to enable wireless communication between two clients?

  I've got a WRT54GL with the latest firmware.  I have two computers that are both connected to the router with the IP via DHCP addresses.  Nor has a firewall running.  I can't communicate with them - even ping does not work.  I can ping the router itself by using the IP address assigned to this side WAN by my ISP.   Both computers have no problem to reach the internet through the router.

  What the router settings will allow communication to occur?  I can't find anything in the user interface of the router, which seems to control it.

  I just figured out the problem: Isolation AP (in advanced wireless settings) has been activated.  I turned it off, and the problem is solved.

  No, you will not damage your windows OS with disabled IE at all, but you do not create a security risk if you use auto-updates that do not work with disabled IE.

  I personally use browsers Pale Moon and SeaMonkey, but manually check for updates once a month (patch Tuesday) and allow IE to do because you can not download the updates of Windows without active IE.

  If your still having a problem placing a call after this change, open a session module ISDN link and run the following and capture the output to a text file:

  (1) xcon

  xstat 2)

  (3) newspaper ctx sippacket debug 9

  output log 4) on

  (5) systemtools isdntrace decode on

  (6) systemtools isdntrace on

  isdntrace output 7) systemtools on

  Call SIP instead of the system connected to the link Module to see if the SIP call comes on the module, and the ISDN Trace to output, hopefully, we'll see what happens with the appeal, it turns off the ISDN network.

  Disable the recording after the call failure occurs:

  (1) log out offshore

  isdntrace output 2) systemtools off

  (3) off isdntrace systemtools

  (4) log ctx sippacket debug 0

  I'm running it with INSTALLLEVEL 125

  BB, BB Media Sync software is installed, it does not install NOT from Roxio Media Manager.

  NO silent running works very well.

  Any attempt to install Roxio separately using the executable setup file or the MSI failed (or not install, Hung installs or completed installs it but errors in execution).

  Was a successful install 5.0.1 with Roxio?

  If so, you can run markets, did you?  Did you use the MultiLanguage version or English?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
