  In the bar of charms, click settings, and then change the settings of PC

  Click on users

  Recently, I got a new xbox and I had to transfer my licenses of the old, through Xbox.com game. They said that they respond within 24 hours approximately and it is public knowledge that 3 days is not equal to 24 hours. Help, please. Thank you.

  P.S. I also put it in the section of Windows, other/unknown games, because there is no option for Xbox Live Help. It's weird, because Microsoft is the leader of the Xbox...
